Welcome to Villa Diamond, one of the most exquisite villa rental in St Jean, St Barth. The newly built villa boasts a stunningly beautiful and stylish design with breath-taking views. The villa is centrally located on the St Jean hillside overlooking St. Jean Bay with a stunning ocean view, all just a short drive to town or to any number of the island’s most beautiful beaches.
Saint Jean is second in size to the Capital of Gustavia and is also the only other sizable town in St Barths. St Jean sits on the Island’s North Shore on Baie de St-Jean just over the hill from Gustavia. The small airport of St Barths lies at one end of St Jean and it is always fascinating to watch the tiny planes coming into land over a steep hill and down onto the second shortest runway in the world.
St- Jean is one of the most popular and most chic beaches on St Barths. It actually comprises of two beaches divided in the middle by the famous and stunning Eden Rock Hotel. St Jean is also home to Nikki beach. It is a spectacular beach with pure white sands and calm turquoise waters which are perfect for snorkelling. If you are looking for some fun, then La Plage on St Jean beach is a good place to go on a Sunday.
As well as the beautiful Eden Rock Hotel, there are several other nice restaurants and bars along St Jean Beach. Behind the beach, just a couple of minutes walk the Eden Rock, is the small town where there are two rows of very chic shops and some restaurants and bars.
Villa Diamond’s main living area centres around the open-plan kitchen. Vast sliding glass doors open out to the wonderful terrace with a solar-heated infinity pool. On one side, the living room offers white leather sofas and a home-theater system incorporating all the latest technology, from a DVR loaded with films-on-demand to surround-sound audio by Denon and KEF.
Just outside, the sheltered dining table provides seating for up to ten, and rattan seating for six makes the perfect spot for a late afternoon in the shade with a good book. Chaises on the teak deck beside the pool invite you to bask in the sun in between dips in the pool.
Villa Diamond comes with two luxury and contemporary bedrooms both with amazing views located at either side of the main living area. Two equally well-appointed bedroom suites, with hardwood floors, generous closets, and magnificent views. Each one boasts its own en-suite bath with Grohe fixtures and rain-head showers.

Fully equipped chef's kitchen with plentiful white Corian counter space, barstool seating for 6 at the center island. Large Whirlpool fridge/freezer with ice maker, Siemens range top, Airlux oven, Bosch dishwasher, Nespresso machine.
