Welcome to Villa 462, a stunning Mexican 5-bedroom Villa located on the beachfront by the blue waters of the Sea of Cortez at Del Mar in Los Cabos, Mexico. A luxurious place to unwind, admire the magnificent vista and enjoy all of the luxuries that only a few people will ever get to enjoy. This Villa sleeps up to 8 guests and is a great size for going on a fun trip with friends and family.
Villa 462 is home to five traditionally decorated bedrooms for all guests to unwind at the end of a busy day out in the sun. Both of the master bedrooms open up to private terraces that overlook the sea nearby and have lavish bathrooms and dressing rooms. Another bedroom on the ground floor connects to the main veranda and is right next to your very own spa. All of the bedrooms have floor-to-ceiling windows, which allow guests to admire the Sea of Cortez from the comfort of their bed.
The gourmet kitchen at Villa 462 is the perfect setting for your dedicated chef to whip up any dishes of your choice. There is not one, but two kitchen islands where you can set out all the plates for a grand feast or a more formal option is the dining table that can comfortably seat eight. Or maybe take your food outside and take a moment to enjoy it at one of the many outdoor seating arrangements which are suitable for every occasion.
This home away from home is decorated in a traditional Mexican theme with a few modern touches. The main colour theme of the villa is neutral hues and blue, taking inspiration from the sea and almost always blue sky. The Greco-Roman columns and other details really add to the ambience of the Villa and tie it all together beautifully.
This private paradise has the exterior living arrangements from your dreams. The very comfortable loungers out by the pool, the pool itself, and even the possibility of bringing a chair down to the beach only a few metres away or have a quick ocean swim, all mesh ideally together to give you that time off you well deserve. The loungers are an ideal place to spend a few hours, either soaking up the sun or basking in the heat while staying in the shade, maybe even relaxing as you sip a glass of chilled wine. This Villa has something for everyone.
Villa 462 is also complete with the services of a dedicated butler and a personal chef. Their services are just what you need to make your vacation so much easier and leave you with nothing to worry about.

It is situated next to the five-star One & Only Palmilla resort. A short golf cart drive will bring you to the resort's restaurants, bars, a world-class spa and tennis courts. Please be advised that access requires a reservation in advance. These can be made before arrival at your villa or through your butler/concierge services while in residence. . The resort swimming pool and private beach are for in-house guests only.
