Welcome to Casita 5, a beautifully traditional 4-bedroom luxury villa located on the Baja coastline at Del Mar in Los Cabos, Mexico. Upon the lush green tropical hills, its location allows it to have one of the best views over the Sea of Cortez. Following its traditional Mexican line and lifestyle, it brings a festival of vibrant colors to its interior décor, which clearly says "Welcome, you are home". Casita 5 is a 3,293-square-foot abode, in which living spaces and bedrooms are all on the same level. A grand verandah keeps the indoor/outdoor flow all around this home, with wide floor-to-ceiling windows that allow for bundles of natural light to fill the house no matter the time of day. Spacious lounging areas offer the comfort needed for the family to gather around and spend time together in a cozy environment or for friends to enjoy good conversation after long periods away from each other. All the bedrooms tap into this wrap-around terrace for sublime sea views. An outdoor beautifully architectured stone stairway takes guests to the pool and patio below for the enjoyment of some fresh air or some lounging in the sun.

The four bedrooms represent Mexican culture to the full but in an elegant and earthy way. They are an easy reminder that you are on vacation in another country with its own rich culture and so much to explore. If you are looking for some quiet time, they also offer sitting areas and desks, for you to maybe indulge in sending a hand-written letter to a special friend or family member, which we have almost forgotten how to write. Each bedroom comes with a large attached bathroom, which offers a bathtub for relaxation after a long day out and about and unusual shower designs.

Now let's concentrate on the social areas of this stunning villa. A comfortable living room flows from the dining area and interlocks with an outdoor patio that offers extra dining space. So no lack of options in which to enjoy some lovely enchiladas, tacos, or your favorite home-cooked meal. The outside staircase leads down to the pool and lounging area, where a patio bar and pizza oven are on hand for added dining choices and entertainment. Casita 5's dedicated chef will be delighted to put his variety of cooking talents to your service and always keep an eye out for special requests. Casita 5 also offers a dedicated butler that will be ready to serve the local appetizers in style. A gourmet kitchen is also available, featuring a dining island, so if you decide to cook yourself, you don't need to do it while apart from the rest of the group… have someone else serve you a glass of chilled wine while you do the hard work!

The evening hours are not to be missed when there is a glorious raging fire pit under the stars on the pool terrace, the perfect spot for a get-together with family and guests. The utmost luxury on a warm evening is enjoying a dip in the illuminated and heated infinity pool.

The villa comes with a golf cart for guests to use at all times to move around the area. Casita 5 is a wonderful property for your vacation. With its location, facilities, size, and atmosphere, this Villa will provide the holiday of your dreams. It is situated next to the five-star One & Only Palmilla resort. A short 5-minute golf cart drive will bring you to the resort's restaurants, bars, a world-class spa, and the 27-hole Jack Nicklaus signature Palmilla golf course. Please be advised that access requires a reservation in advance. These can be made before arrival at your villa or through your butler/concierge services while in residence. The resort swimming pool and private beach are for in-house guests only.

At dinner time, choices are many: head to a celebrated seafood restaurant at O&O or high-brow twists on Mexican cuisine in San Jose del Cabo – a 10-minute drive away. Or make a simple request and your butler will bring the chef to you, to lay out a special feast from a list of skilled specialties.
