This includes access to the glamorous St-Jean and Nikki beach and priority reservations in the restaurants. Villa Dei Sogni can accommodate up to twelve guests and includes direct access to the beach, a private swimming pool, jacuzzi and beachfront Gazebo.

The Villa is privately based along the sandy shores of Lorient Beach. This secluded location is laced in tall swaying palms and vivacious plants that surround the main living areas of the Villa. There is a large terrace that extends along the back of the property and overlooks the private beach that leads you to the turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea. Beyond the covered terrace is a pool area equipped with sun chairs, outdoor sofas, and a Jacuzzi. There is an additional exterior dining area that seats six guests comfortably on the sandy beach.

The private gazebo is perfect for lounging in as you listen to the waves roll onto the shore. In the evenings you can dine alfresco as you spark up the barbecue for some sizzling treats. Lounge by the pool or slip into the bubbly waters of the jacuzzi. No matter what there is a luxury for everyone to indulge in.

Making your way into this modern Caribbean villa, you will notice the bright and open interiors. The main living and dining space include soft wooden floors, whitewashed walls, and high ceilings. The rooms blend seamlessly out onto the covered terrace, creating an island styled way of living, as you enjoy direct access to the sandy beach. The living area includes plush sofas and large-screen television. The room is also fitted with an audio system, secure wi-fi, and air-conditioning. The living area enjoys views over the pool and beach. The kitchen comes fully equipped and ready for you to use during your stay. It includes a coffee maker, oven, dishwasher, fridge, and freezer.

Saint Barthelemy is a French-speaking Caribbean island that is known for its lavish sugar-fine beaches, high-end restaurants and designer shops. The island is commonly known as St Barts/St Barths and enjoys the dramatic landscape with soaring mountains and powdery white beaches laced along the coast. The capital of the island is Gustavia. The town encompasses a glimmering harbor that is lined in pristine yachts, while the streets are laced in high-end restaurants and designer shops.

The villa is based on the quiet shores of Lorient Beach, located along the northern coast of St Barts. The beach has warm shallow waters inside the coral reef which are calm enough for any young children to play safely. The beach is great for snorkeling as it holds a plethora of tropical fish and creatures such as sea turtles. There are strong waves further away from the shore which makes Lorient a surfing hot spot. It also has an island’s surf hut where you are offered the chance to take surf lessons.

St-Jean beach is a short five-minute drive from the villa. This beach is one of the most popular beaches on the island and is based right beside the Eden Rock Hotel (Villa Dei Sogni includes access to the amenities of Eden Rock Hotel). The beach covers a long stretch of fine golden sand and a wide range of beach and water activities. Visiting St Jean beach is only one of the best things to do in St Barts.
