This beautiful home, boasting some of the most spectacular views of rolling hills and golf fields, will be a base for you and your guests from which you can explore all that Tuscany has to offer. From charming nearby villages to lovely restaurants, you and your guests will be spoilt for choice.

Perfectly nestled on the infamous rolling hills in Tuscany, between Greve and Panzano, Davinia is a quaint but big home ideal for large gatherings. The exclusive Chianti is a region to enjoy from sunrise to sunset, offering a variety of activities, from tasting the most renowned local wines to visiting the captivating hilltop medieval villages set among picture-perfect landscapes and many other one-day experiences.

Sightseeing will easily become your favorite pastime in Tuscany, so push yourself and venture outside the villa gates and see some of the beautiful and unique sights on offer.

Among the three separate constructions, the main villa can accommodate 23 guests. Larger parties, up to a maximum of 32 people, may rent at a supplement other room located in the adjacent two buildings. Whatever your requirements are, Davinia can accommodate you. This home will be a dream come true for you and your guests.

The most beautiful panoramic views can be enjoyed from the outdoor area at the villa. Enjoy the quiet beauty of the valleys and vineyards that the Tuscan countryside offer. The views can also be enjoyed from the central furnished patio. The large swimming pool at the property is set on the ground below the patio area. This area is reachable by stairs and is ideal for spending your days relaxing and soaking in the warm sun.

There is also an outdoor bar and a barbecue area for entertaining al fresco. Dining under the stars is the perfect way to finish off a day in paradise. Sample some of the delicious Italian cuisines at your villa or head out to some of the incredible restaurants near the villa.

Rather than drive your rental car to Florence, you may want to book a private driver with our dedicated concierge, or if you prefer, you may catch a public bus and ride for an hour into the city – the bus stop is only 200 meters away. It is far easier for you and your party than driving through the outskirts and the Limited Traffic Zones of Florence with the risk of getting an expensive ticket. Have our concierge service attend to all these details; all you will have to do is sit back and relax.

• The Italian government might require the payment of a Visitor’s Tax (approximately €1.50 – €5.00 per person, per day, depending on the location) and may be applied for the first seven days in the destination. This tax is payable locally, in Euro cash.

Famous for its art and architecture, Florence is an obligatory destination for the first-timer visitor to Italy. However, while exploring the historical center is something that cannot be missed, the pristine studded landscapes and the enchanted medieval villages set on the famous Tuscan rolling hills surrounding Florence are well worth a visit.

The most famous area to explore is the Chianti, a blessed land that covers a rather large wine-producing region of Tuscany, reaching from Florence to Siena and all the way out to Pisa. Chianti's must-see sights are the wine villages of Castellina, Radda, and Gaiole. Along the road, visit the Badia di Coltibuono and/or Castello di Brolio and do not forget to pick up some wine to enjoy at the villa!
