The villa offers privacy yet you are only a 5 minutes drive to Gustavia and Gouverneur Beach. Gouverneur Beach is really lovely and largely unspoiled. It has a superb stretch of sand surrounded by high cliffs. It offers good swimming and snorkelling by the rocks. It also offers a wonderful view of Nevis and St Kitts. The only way to get to Gouverneur is by a steep narrow road so the beach is almost always quiet and well worth the short drive.

Gustavia is one of the prettiest harbour towns in the Caribbean. Its steep bay walls tumble to a rectangular waterfront with attractive red-roofed buildings overlooking the harbour from three sides. There is a lovely board walk around much of the waterfront. Here you will find lots of small boats and tenders moored at the restaurants and bars which gives it a lovely atmosphere. In the winter season, Gustavia is one of the most fashionable places in the world with many luxury yachts moored shoulder to shoulder.

The villa offers a stunning outdoor terrace with panoramic views and a charming heated pool. The hardwood terrace with its glistening glass-tiled pool invites you to take a swim, relax and sunbathe while enjoying the sounds of the birds and the breeze. The villa features 3 bedrooms located off to the sides of the main living area. Bedrooms #1 & #2 are interconnecting making it ideal for families.
