Welcome to Daniela, a luxury 16-bedroom villa located near Lucca in Tuscany.
Villa Daniela consists now of 11 comfortable, lovingly restored bedrooms, which are complimented by a new wing featuring 5 modern bedrooms. It features several social interior spaces surrounded by a formal Italian garden boasting a large fenced private swimming pool and a covered patio to enjoy during the hot summer. Blending the traditional style of furnishing with modern amenities, the property is ideally located, within walking distance to a small village, with shops and a grocery store, and approximately a 10-minute drive from Lucca.
Ground Floor: A comfortable formal spacious sitting area welcomes you on this floor, setting the atmosphere for a relaxed quality time. It is provided with satellite TV, and it opens onto the outdoor space thanks to French doors. The adjacent elegant dining room with a table for up to 22 people is perfect for formal dinners. A large, fully equipped industrial kitchen, laundry room, and two guest bathrooms complete this floor.
Villa Daniela offers stunning views across the surrounding olive groves, vineyards, and trees. Unwind by the private swimming pool sipping a fine regional wine. Enjoy delicious meals on the patio or spend lazy hours in this ambiance of elegant idleness; the choice is only up to you! Private parking space available.

New Wing:
From ground floor we can reach the 1st floor with the elevator or with a staircase that leads to a corridor where are located all bedrooms.
Bedroom 12: King/twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom with double sink, separate shower, and bathtub
Bedroom 13: King/twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom with double sink, bathtub and shower, and additional separate barrier-free shower stall.
Bedroom 14: King/twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom with double sink, bathtub and shower, and additional separate barrier-free shower stall.
Bedroom 15: King/twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom with double sink and large shower.
Bedroom 16: King/twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom with large shower. This is the smallest bedroom.
All bedrooms are individually air-conditioned/heated and provided with safe hair driers in the bathrooms.

• Heating and A/C: charged upon consumption, as per meter reading

• Extra housekeeping service: €20 per hour/per staff member
• Additional linen change: €20 per room/per change
• Cook service – No third-party suppliers allowed: the services will be provided by the villa management and in-house staff

NOTES:
• Rates are based on 11 bedrooms, please enquire for 16 bedroom rates
• Damage Liability: €2,000 to be held by the agency
• Visitor’s tax: The Italian government might require the payment of a Visitor’s Tax (approximately €1.50 – €6.00 per person, per day, depending on the location) and may be applied for the first ten days in the destination. This tax is payable locally, in Euro cash.
• Owners live on the premises, in a separate wing of the villa with independent entrance
• The villa is wheelchair accessible

• Pets might be accepted on request, at an extra fee, depending on owner’s discretion
• No third party suppliers allowed: all extra services will be provided by the villa management and in-house staff
• Check-in between 4pm and 7pm; Check-out by 10am
