Dali Hale Estate boasts an incredible beachfront location just above Secret Beach and the estate expands 6,000 sq ft of lush surroundings. The villa is proudly perched on the beautiful bluff above the iconic Kauai coastline and offers stunning views of the lush tropical setting and the Pacific Ocean. Direct access to Secret Beach encourages guests to enjoy the azure waters and to feel the sand between your toes! Two hundred steps lead down to Secret Beach and they take about 7 minutes to complete.

The verdant and picturesque setting creates a tranquil space for guests – ideal for those looking for a truly peaceful getaway. The grounds of the estate boast manicured lawns, water gardens and a Hawaiian fruit orchard flourishing with avocado, citrus, apple, bananas, star fruit, kumquat and mango trees. The organic vegetable garden offers guests the freshest of herbs and salad leaves to inspire some healthy and delicious meals.

Dali Hale Estate sits on three acres and features a marvellous outdoor space with more than 2,000 ft of wraparound private lanai to enjoy the warm sunshine. The property is completely private from the surrounding properties, ensuring guests can relax and unwind in comfort and style. A gazebo offers shelter from the hot midday sun and is ideal for relaxing with a good book. A spectacular bluff-side swimming pool is set overlooking Secret Beach and there is also a tennis court nestled in the fruit orchard.

The interiors of Dali Hale Estate include a modern mix of Pacific and Balinese-style furniture which has been hand-chosen with care.

The great room is the main interior social space and is beautifully designed to ensure you and your guests have plenty of space for dining and entertaining. Large floor to ceiling windows encourage lots of natural light and thoroughly brighten up the space. The kitchen of Dali Hale Estate is fully equipped and features state-of-the-art appliances including an eight burner Viking range, two refrigerators wine bar and entertainment centre. For evenings when you feel like hanging up your apron, we can organise a Private Chef to come to your villa and cook some tasty local cuisine.

A media room is ideal for relaxing after a day of adventure exploring the island and features a 55” flat screen television, a surround system, Blu Ray and comfortable sofas. In this wing of the property there is also a children’s playroom and Nanny quarters. There is Wi-Fi and Sonos Music System throughout the house, the lanai and the pool gazebo so you can play your favourite chilled tunes. Ceiling fans and air conditioning throughout the villa ensures a gentle breeze.

This property is ideal for a large group of family and friends and the villa can accommodate up to 12 guests in total in the seven bedrooms, along with an additional bedroom that can be used as a Nanny’s Quarters. The Master Suite boasts unsurpassed views of Kilauea Lighthouse. This bedroom features a king-sized bed and luxury bathroom decorated with a granite countertop and imported sea glass shower. The Master bedrooms also features a stunning deck with hot tub for two guests and a comfortable day bed for lounging and outdoor shower. The second Master Suite is spacious and bright and also features its own private en-suite bathroom with beautiful mountain and sea views. The other bedrooms include three bedrooms with king-sized beds and two bedrooms with queen-sized beds. Each bedroom has views of the immaculately maintained gardens, lush mountains, ocean and the pool terrace. The third bedroom acts as a Nursery/Nanny Quarters complete with crib, a twin and full bunkbed. This room also features a changing table and children’s toys and furniture.
