The wide entry hall leads into the open plan main living area which incorporates a gourmet kitchen, elegant dining corner, wine cellar, living room space with modern fireplace and access to the outdoor patio surrounding the swimming pool and hot tub. A sweeping staircase with glass balustrade leads you to the upper floor of the house where 3 of the 4 bedrooms are located. The fourth bedroom can be found downstairs, tucked away nicely in a private corner.

The fully equipped gourmet kitchen features dual ovens and a center island which incorporates a gas hob and a breakfast bar where 4 can be seated comfortably. The adjoining dining area boasts a glass table with seating for 8. The inviting living room consists of an oversized plush couch in front of a modern fireplace and flat screen TV. From here you can step outside and into the private pool and Jacuzzi/Hot Tub. This open patio area also has ample sun loungers and seating for relaxing in the California Sunshine.

All of the bedrooms in Crescent Contemporary Mansion offer the ultimate in comfort. The elegant and romantic master suite has its’ own fireplace, a private balcony, a very spacious walk-in closet, and a full en suite bathroom with tub and an oversized glass rain shower. All guest bedrooms feature beautiful en suite bathrooms and minimalist yet elegant furnishings. At the top of the staircase, on the landing area, you will find another relaxation room, a bright yet tranquil place for quiet moments.
