Welcome to Coyaba, a luxury six bedroom beachfront villa located in the beautiful Lockrum Estates on the on the scenic southern coast of Anguilla. This luxury villa rental is situated in a secluded cove at Lockrum Bay and offers wonderful views of the sea and the mountains of the neighbouring island of St. Martin. A few steps from the villa is the secluded cover which is perfect for relaxing on the pristine white sands or for swimming in the calm turquoise ocean.


A very private gateway gives no clue to the spacious beauty that lies behind the walls of the villa. A landscaped drive leads to the front entrance of the house, but the real paradise is still waiting as you pass through this beautifully furnished home to the south terrace. There a magnificent freshwater pool and whirlpool with waterfall splash-over rest literally on the rugged coastline of Anguilla. A short walk will take you to a tiny secluded beach with a breath taking view of St. Martin.


Villa Coyaba gets its name from the Arawak name for HEAVEN which the Arawaks deemed to be a quiet, relaxing place of joy and peace. Villa Coyaba offers just that. Villa Coyaba has every possible amenity to make your vacation unforgettable. This 8,000 square foot villa offers an abundance of space for your fun and enjoyment. Each of the six luxury bedrooms has an adjacent large terrace with a spectacular view of the ocean and/or St. Martin. The Six bedrooms are outfitted with a king size bed and private bathroom. Each bedroom has its own security safe. Most bathrooms are equipped with a bidet, shower and bath. Grand master and master suites are spacious and feature a separate shower and a jaccuzzi. The master suite on the first floor features an outdoor shower made of natural Anguilla stone.
Spacious common areas include the living room, dining room and family room; all of which open unto an expansive terrace overlooking St. Martin where you can relax in the sun or dine alfresco with family and friends. The family room also opens onto a separate terrace for secluded seating.


The villa is equipped with high speed internet lines, a fax machine, copier and scanner; cable TV’s and is an excellent venue for a management retreat. Other business services can be arranged.
