Cove Spring House

Welcome to Cove Spring House, one of the world’s most exquisite and luxurious 10-bedroom beachfront mansions with its own private beach, 75-foot swimming pool, and spa. Set amongst stunning landscaped gardens with tropical flowers and mature trees, it is located on the very exclusive platinum West Coast of Barbados.

The mansion’s castle-like architecture is complemented by sophisticated interior design and haute-couture furnishings, creating a distinctive setting that becomes the centerpiece for the Cove Spring experience: sophisticated luxury, meticulous service and staff, delectable menus, exclusive privacy, and ultimate relaxation. Cove Spring House is a private residence and is only rented a few weeks per year while its owner is away from the island.

The feeling as you enter Cove Spring House is simply breathtaking. The view to the beautiful private Cove, beach, and turquoise sea, as well as the vast circular hallway with its incredibly high ceilings and coral stone stairway, cannot be found anywhere else in the world. The house is exquisitely furnished with a combination of classic and Caribbean styles. The sitting room is extremely chic with the interiors having been carefully selected with some beautiful contemporary artworks and furnishings that are quiet yet luxurious.

At the front of the house, there is a stunning covered patio running the entire length of Cove Spring House that features both formal and relaxed sitting areas. Here you will be able to enjoy unobstructed views of the Beach, Swimming Pool, and gardens.

The swimming pool is one of the largest in Barbados and features a stunning Waterfall and a separate Jacuzzi. Alongside the pool is a large open-air deck, perfect for soaking up the Caribbean sun. From the pool deck, a few steps lead down to a private and secluded beach that is perfect for swimming and snorkeling.

Outdoor furniture includes sun beds, cabanas, massage tables, and luxurious wicker furniture. A teppanyaki barbeque grill has been added to the north deck for an alternative dining experience to the gazebo and veranda dining. Both the formal living and dining rooms open onto the covered terrace and the dining room includes a lovely circular dining table. Just off the dining room is a study.

This beautiful mansion can accommodate up to 20 guests at a time. The main house boasts 7 luxury suites while a separate house has 3 equally impressive bedrooms. All are generous in size and come with expansive verandahs, walk-in closets, and Italian marble bathrooms. Needless to say, all rooms have luxury amenities, and all boast individually controlled air conditioning, 42-inch HDTV, private safes, and hairdryers.

Downstairs, you will find two of the bedroom suites while upstairs, the Master bedroom and bathroom open onto a covered balcony with wonderful views of the pool deck and ocean. There are also 2 other bedroom suites located on the upper level, both with walk-in closets and en-suite bathrooms.
The expansive kitchen includes granite worktops, custom-built cabinets, a sub-zero refrigerator, deep freeze, two ovens, a cooktop, a microwave, dishwater, Ice Maker, 4 standing glass fronted chillers butler’s pantry, and a lady’s staff quarters.

The entire villa is air-conditioned via a central system and includes a meridian telephone system where all rooms are connected via intercom. The hot water system includes a water softener and filtration system.

The property also includes a 2 story cottage, with 3 en-suite bedrooms, walk-in closets, air conditioning, a balcony, and a dining area that overlooks the gardens. The cottage also features a well-equipped kitchen including a fridge, stove, microwave, blender, coffee maker, and toaster. There is also a washer and dryer.

A business center has been added to the cottage featuring a computer, printer, fax, and wireless internet for access almost anywhere.

The house also has a state-of-the-art gym which is available to guests 24 hours a day. Some of the equipment included are Cross Trainers, Rowing machines, a Stationary cycle, and a Power plate ( which was donated to the house by none other than Simon Cowell. For those of you that are more enthusiastic, we have a personal trainer who is available for hire to put you through your paces. He is also certified to conduct all levels of Yoga and Pilates classes.

For ultimate relaxation, Cove Spring also offers wonderful Spa treatments for guests. Why not indulge in some reflexology, deep massages, manicures, pedicures, and styling during your stay?

Cove Spring House is located just south of Mullins Bay and north of Holetown. It is a wonderful private retreat yet only minutes from some of the best restaurants, golf courses, and shopping in the world. It is a nestled haven that brings accommodation in Barbados to a whole new level of luxury.
