There is an outdoor lounge, complete with comfortable couches and a small table, as well as a barbecue for casual dining. Sit with a glass of wine in hand and admire the spectacular panorama offered to you as the sun sets over the bay in the evening.

A large covered dining table can be found on the terrace, catering to up to eight guests. This is the perfect place to have dinners while watching the sun glittering on the ocean. Entering the villa through large sliding glass doors, you will come into the kitchen and living area. The open design of this space allows you and your guests to flow around the villa easily while still feeling connected. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances to prepare your favorite meals to enjoy on the terrace, including a food processor, electric oven, and microwave. The breakfast bar with high stools is a wonderful place to sit in the mornings with a fresh cup of coffee from the Nespresso machine.

In the evenings, or whenever you need some rest and relaxation, the beautiful living area is the place for you. A large plush L-shaped couch with plenty of soft cushions beckons you to truly unwind, perhaps while watching your favorite show on the flat-screen TV. Vaulted white ceilings invite natural light in, whilst accents of turquoise and ochre give a cozy ambiance with a touch of elegance.

With air conditioning throughout the main living area, you can get the temperature just right for you, but if you feel like working up a sweat, the fitness room is the perfect spot for this!
