Exceptional Villas Cortina Penthouse 10 is truly exquisite, with a modern, clean décor including stone and timber exterior, reclaimed antique pine flooring Carrera and Calcutta marble, gourmet appliances and all professionally decorated to an incredibly high finish.

Cortina Penthouse 10 is accessed via an elevator and the entrance is located on the third floor. As you enter the front door of the condo, you are lead into large living space with comfortable seating, gas fireplace and it also has vaulted ceilings giving the room a light and airy feel, with the windows looking out over the views to the west of the condo. As you continue along the hallway, there is a small powder room before you enter the main interconnected living space. The living room has double height ceilings, comfortable seating, a gas fireplace, flatscreen TV and built-in cabinets. There is also a small outdoor terrace that can be accessed via large double doors in the living room.

The open plan layout of the main living area leads you from the living room into the dining area which is adjacent to the gourmet kitchen. The kitchen is bright and airy with gorgeous white cabinets, a full range of appliances, featuring Wolf and Sub-Zero, stunning granite countertops offering plenty of space for the busiest of cooks. There is a small breakfast bar with 2 seats, ideal for chatting over a coffee in the morning or a cocktail ‘aprés ski’ whilst you create a hearty meal to enjoy at the dining table that seats 8 guests. If you don’t feel like cooking or going out to a restaurant during your stay, your dedicated Exceptional Villas Concierge would be more than happy to arrange a Private Chef to come to the condo to prepare and serve a delicious meal for you and your guests to enjoy – just sit back, enjoy the fabulous mountain views and your meal in the comfort of your vacation home - it has all the ingredients for a truly magical evening.

The master bedroom suite is found on the top floor of the condo. To the left of the stairs is the bedroom which is surrounded by windows on three sides. A king size bed, flatscreen TV, and access to a private terrace give this bedroom a feeling of complete privacy. To the right of the staircase is the bathroom which is truly exquisite. It has a large walk-in steam shower with overhead rain showerhead and a simply stunning bathtub, as well as separate his and hers vanity sinks.

Three of the four bedrooms are located on the lower level of the condo. Bedroom 1 is the Guest master suite and has a king size bed, gas fireplace and an en-suite bathroom. The bathroom has a closet, a free-standing bathtub, his and hers vanity units and a walk-in shower. This bedroom also has access to a small terrace for you to savor the wonderful views of the mountains and surrounding area. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed, and an en-suite bathroom. The bathroom has his and hers vanity units and a walk-in shower. This bathroom is also available for the third bedroom to use via a door in the hallway. Bedroom 3 has a queen-sized bunk bed. Also on this level is a small laundry room with exterior ski access. Garage parking is also available at Cortina 10 Penthouse.

Exceptional Villas luxurious Cortina 10 Penthouse is located on the Sundance ski trail for easy ski-in/ski-out access. Guests are invited to enjoy to some wonderful amenities including a year-round plunge pool and outdoor spa, a fitness center, his and hers steam rooms, a ski locker with boot warmers and a spa treatment room. Guest can also avail of the local shuttles in a Cadillac Escalade.
