The Villas at Cortina are newly built and feature ample amenities for you and your loved ones to enjoy. Staying in this luxury Condo will provide you with great amenities including a year-round plunge pool and outdoor spa, a fitness center, his-and-hers steam rooms, a ski locker room with boot warmers, and a spa treatment room.

The condo comes with private parking in the garage on the lower level. Here you will find an elevator that brings you up to the third floor. This leads into a hall, and at the end of the hall on the right is the entrance to Cortina 4. Making your way into this vibrant and relaxed condo, you will instantly feel at ease, surrounded by plush, comfortable interiors and overlooking the majestic mountain views outside. The room enjoys the dark hues of the reclaimed antique pine flooring, Carrera and Calcutta marble and stone walls.

The main living area is open plan, blending the dining, sitting and kitchen space into one main room. The Kitchen is located at the end of the room and comes fully equipped for your stay. With luxurious granite counters, hand crafted cabinetry and Sub-zero/Wolf appliances, the kitchen will satisfy the most discerning chef.

The dining area seat 6 comfortably in the centre of the room. Near the French doors leading onto the terrace, is the sitting area. Here there are plush sofas to relax on and chat with your loved ones. Discuss the plans for the day as you sip on a fresh cup of coffee in the morning or light the fire and snuggle up to watch your favorite film at night. The space here is very relaxing and peaceful overlooking the snow dusted mountains.

The condo features its own private exterior living space. The large French Doors in the main living area opens out onto the terrace. Your eyes will instantly fall upon the majestic views of the Sneffels Range. Lounge out under the sun in summer or wrap up in a snug blanket in winter, as you breathe in the clean and crisp air. The villas at Cortina also have access to the communal pool and Jacuzzi area as well as a private fitness center. Enjoy a morning swim or perhaps a warm dip in the Jacuzzi as you look out over the peaceful mountains, dusted with snow. The atmosphere here is relaxed and secluded creating a tranquil retreat for families or groups of friends.

LOCATION
The Villas at Cortina are located on the Sundance ski trail in Telluride, Colorado. These villas enjoy a private and secluded location for seamless ski-in/ski-out access. Near the villa complex are local shuttles that can take you to the Mountain Village.

Telluride is also one of Colorado’s premier skiing destinations stretching over 2000 acres of unmatched snow sports and Mountain Village frequently receives glowing reviews for its’ alpine scenery and family-friendliness making it a fantastic ski holiday destination for groups of varying skiing experience. With around half of the slopes dedicated to beginners and intermediate skiers, the learning area has wide-open slopes and no lift lines, ensuring that those that are new to the sport can relax and learn without added pressure. For skiers who are more experienced, they can ski or ride ‘The Plunge’, a black diamond run and there is also an amazing ‘Hike to Terrain’ on the upper part of the mountain.
