Welcome to Cortina 1, a modern 4-bedroom/3.5-bathroom Condo in Telluride, Colorado. This spacious villa can accommodate up to nine guests comfortably and overlooks the incredible frosted mountains in Telluride. Indulge in the seclusion of your own private condo, expanding over 2,454 Sq., ft of space, boasting of panoramic mountain views and located in the perfect ski-in/ski-out location.

The Villas at Cortina are newly built and feature ample amenities for you and your loved ones to enjoy. The condo comes with private parking in the garage. There is an elevator from the common garage that will lead you up to the third floor, right in front of the entrance of Cortina 1. The condo opens into an elongated hall with antique wood floors leading you into an open plan living space

The interiors of the villa at Corina 1 are light and airy. From the plush modern furniture to the ceiling to floor windows, the room is filled with light and warmth. Elegance is woven throughout the condo, from the reclaimed antique pine flooring to the Carrera and Calcutta marble. The dining room features a large, round table with seating for eight. Perched in the corner and framed with stone is the gas fireplace. The kitchen is towards the back of the room and comes fully equipped for your stay. Designed with granite countertops, handmade cabinetry and Subzero/Wolf appliances, this kitchen will satisfy the most discerning chef.

The condo features its own private exterior living space. In the main living area, the large French Doors opens out onto the terrace. Your eyes will instantly fall upon the majestic views of the Sneffels Range. Lounge out under the sun in summer or wrap up in a snug blanket in winter, as you breathe in the clean and crisp air. The villas at Cortina also have access to the communal pool and jacuzzi area as well as a private fitness center. Enjoy a morning swim or perhaps a warm dip in the jacuzzi as you look out over the peaceful mountains, dusted with snow. The atmosphere here is relaxed and secluded creating a tranquil retreat for families or groups of friends.

Cortina 1 has 4 bedrooms, sleeping 9 guests in total. One of the king bedrooms (with a private en-suite bathroom) is located on the main level off the living room. Making your way onto the lower level you will find the bunk room and queen bedroom, both sharing access to a full bathroom. The remaining king bedroom is also on the lower level, with a private en-suite bathroom.

LOCATION
The Villas at Cortina are located on the Sundance ski trail in Telluride, Colorado. These villas enjoy a private and secluded location for seamless ski-in/ski-out access. Near the villa complex are local shuttles that can take you to the Mountain Village.

Telluride is also one of Colorado’s premier skiing destinations stretching over 2000 acres of unmatched snow sports and Mountain Village frequently receives glowing reviews for its’ alpine scenery and family-friendliness making it a fantastic ski holiday destination for groups of varying skiing experience. With around half of the slopes dedicated to beginners and intermediate skiers, the learning area has wide-open slopes and no lift lines, ensuring that those that are new to the sport can relax and learn without added pressure. For skiers who are more experienced, they can ski or ride ‘The Plunge’, a black diamond run and there is also an amazing ‘Hike to Terrain’ on the upper part of the mountain.

With over 50 restaurants in Telluride and Mountain Village, serving everything from Sushi to steaks from Ralph Lauren’s Ranch, it is fast becoming a destination for food lovers too! It also has a selection of bars and music venues, so when the sun goes down, the aprés ski party gets started!
