Welcome to Corales 28, a 7-bedroom beachfront villa nestled in the exclusive gated community of Punta Cana Resort & Club, in the Dominican Republic. This exquisite and secluded property gives you an abundance of both interior and exterior living spaces covering over 23605 sq. ft of land. The villa can accommodate up to sixteen guests across and will provide you with a truly authentic holiday experience. The villa offers incredible golf views over ‘Fazio’s’ golf course. Located on the beach this villa can provide you with a tropical island-style holiday like no other, with tall swaying palm trees, a private infinity pool overlooking the ocean, and direct access onto the fine powdery beach below.

You can spend a day out on the powdery white sands and sunbathe if you wish or dive into the crystal-clear blue waters for a swim. Why not walk along the shore and let the water lap onto your toes as you go shell hunting. You can also go snorkeling to see if you can spot any tropical fish. Visit the resort bars and delicious restaurants in the evenings for some tantalizing treats during your stay. There are loads of places to explore here in the surrounding property.

Located beside the sandy shores of this resort's beach, you can wake up each morning to the faint sounds of the waves lapping on the shore. Step out onto your private balcony and look out across your three separate living pavilions. The landscaped gardens are perfect to walk along barefoot or roll out your yoga mat to do some relaxing morning stretches. Relax on the sun loungers dotted around the large open terrace and decking area and soak up the sun's radiance. You can slip into the pool for a refreshing swim before your chef makes you a delicious Caribbean Breakfast. As you dine alfresco in this secluded paradise why not watch as the color palette of tropical plants and trees sway in the breeze. In the evenings as the sunset in the distance over the glistening waters of the ocean, spark up the barbeque for some smoky offcuts and tantalizing treats to indulge in. You and your guests can relax on the terrace as you watch the stars lace the sky above you and you sip on some refreshing tangy cocktails. Slip into the bubbly waters of the jacuzzi and let your worries float away. As the night comes to an end you can always listen to the sounds of the waves as you drift off to sleep, excited for the next day full of sun and warmth in the privacy of your serene villa by the ocean.

Walking into the main entrance of your serene villa you will notice the traditional and authentic architecture and interior design. The overall layout is very open and embraces the outdoor spaces. The blend between indoor and outdoor areas is sometimes seamless and creates a very natural living environment. The main living and dining areas in the living Pavilions combine into large interior spaces. The rooms are designed with soft wooden floors, high vaulted ceilings, and white pristine walls. The furniture is very modern and lavish with large pieces of wooden trunks and fine-cut glass making a contrasting design effect. They all have access out onto the large terrace. It is a perfect place to watch the sunsets as the surface of the pool glistens with streaks of gold. Each of the interior living spaces is designed with colorful modern paintings and plush seating. The main kitchen comes fully equipped and fitted with marbleized counters and sleek stone tiles. The area is ready to use if you wish, otherwise, you can have your professional chef cater for your meals during your stay.

The bedrooms throughout the properties all indulge in space and luxurious furnishings. The rooms are designed with exquisite materials and decorated tastefully. Each individual room has its own private en-suite bathroom, air-conditioning, and Television. The main master suite is situated in the main living pavilion that is closest to the Beach. The room is fitted with a lavish king-sized bed and has a private en-suite bathroom with a standalone shower and a jetted bathtub. The room also has an Alfresco shower and a luxurious steam room to indulge in. The area is fitted with Air-conditioning and a cooling fan to ensure a comfortable temperature always. This master suite includes technologies such as a high-resolution television, DVD player, Sound system, and iPod Docking Station. The room has direct access to its own private terrace with incredible ocean views. The main pavilion also includes a second bedroom fitted with a luxurious King-sized bed with incredible ocean views. The Second Villa has one king-sized bedroom while the Third Villa has two bedrooms - one king-sized bedroom and another with two queen-sized beds. The remaining villa acts as a Family guesthouse and includes two comfortable Queen-sized beds and four spacious twin beds. This villa has access to its own private balcony on the upper level and offers incredible views.

Guests must specify which of these they are likely to consume to have them always available at the villa. Does not includes Champagne.
Meal plans are not available during the Holiday season (Dec 18th – to Jan 5th).

CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS
• Meal plans must be pre-paid and reserved at least two days before arrival or check-in.
• The property/villa must be fully staffed to contract the meal packages (Chef + Butler)
• The package must be purchased for all the villa occupants for the total duration of the reservation.
• Prior to arrival you have to choose your Day 1 and Day 2 meals. Going forward once you are onsite you just have to make your selection of meals with 48-hour anticipation and for a minimum of 2 days forward.
• A minimum of 6 guests is required to request the meal plan package.
• Specific dishes outside the ones listed in our attached menu may incur additional costs.
• Some Desserts are delivered by an external pastry chef and 48-hour advance notice is required. You can order a maximum of 2 different desserts per meal.
• Bar service is included until 1:00 AM.
• *Premium bar (all-Inclusive): guests must select the type of beverage that shall be available for consumption for the house.
• *Champagne is not included in the meal plan with an alcoholic beverage
