Welcome to Coral Reef, a luxury 7 bedroom villa located on Seven Mile Beach.

On prestigious Seven Mile Beach, there are very few private villas for rent. Most offerings are condominiums, hotels, or not part of the rental pool. Coral Reef, however, is one phenomenal exception.

Completely renovated and expanded in 2015 this villa is now a spectacular 7-bedroom (with bonus Game Room) and 7-bath beachfront mini-resort located on the most sought-after beach in the Cayman Islands and the globe.

Not only are there now 7 private bedrooms to sleep 18 persons comfortably, there is also a huge Game Room with Ping-Pong, billiards, 70" flatscreen TV complete with spillover bedding to accommodate an additional 8 persons. So with two queen beds in the loft, two murphy beds, and a daybed/trundle plus an additional full bath in the Game Room, everyone will find their own corner in paradise! Coral Reef can now host the best family reunions with bedding for 26 persons in total. All of the bedrooms at Coral Reef have buttery soft linens, designer furnishings, and well-placed pops of island colour. Three of the bedrooms provide sea views and sliding-door access to tropical outdoor spaces.

Coral Reef’s living areas enjoy sunlight and sea views through large, oceanfront windows. Spanning the second floor, a large balcony coaxes you to step into the Caribbean breeze with your morning coffee…and stay for a leisurely afternoon of watching the aqua sea roll in gentle waves onto the pristine white sands of Seven Mile Beach. Or settle into the plush, shaded cabana poised at the edge of the Caribbean.

The shaded pool and Jacuzzi allow swimming and water play all hours of the day and night along with pool toys to delight!

As the most sought-after stretch of shoreline, Seven Mile provides postcard-worthy island scenery. And, thanks to its length, many segments of the beach are empty and quiet at all times of the day. Other areas of the beach, however, provide oceanfront eateries, beach bars, spas, shopping, and more—all found just a short seaside stroll from Coral Reef.

As you would expect, the gourmet kitchen at Coral Reef is a large space with granite countertops, Thermador & Breville appliances, a centre island, and countertop seating that makes it easy to chat with the chef while they work. There is also a pool-side wet bar with an extra fridge, ice machine, sink, and prep space to make afternoons at the beach a breeze. Sonos sound system both inside and outside, WIFI, board games, dartboard, books and more provide lots of entertainment for everyone.

Children are welcome at Coral Reef, and child-friendly accessories and equipment are provided for you, such as highchairs, playpens, and beach toys like paddleboards, floats, snorkel gear, and more. Call us to inquire for more details about what is provided!
