Welcome to Coral Kai, a stunning 5-bedroom oceanfront villa located in Rum Point on the north coast of Grand Cayman. This elegant home is located on a sandy beach and is perfect for snorkeling. Coral Kai is a superb wedding venue for small ceremonies – it has stunning views, a large terrace, and a wonderful pool.

The property sits on one level which is ideal for a family. The main terrace has a stunning pool with ocean views and leads down to the beach. There are 5 bedrooms, two oceanfront suites, one with a king bed and one with a queen. There are 2 garden view suites, one with a king bed and one with a queen and the 5th bedroom is a twin room.

The large, oceanfront freshwater pool is elevated, allowing guests to soak in the wonderful ocean views while they swim. Coral Kai is less than a mile from the Rum Point Club, so guests can easily step out for water sports, drinks, lunch, or dinner. The big draw to this area is the proximity to the Rum Point Club, a public beach club that offers a fantastic barefoot beach, many water sports, a restaurant bar and grill, a gift shop, and pick-up beach volleyball games.

Also nearby is the Kaibo Yacht Club restaurant, bar, and marina. Kaibo has a fine dining restaurant upstairs which our guests love. Downstairs there is more casual food being served. Should you wish to visit Seven Mile Beach area you can take a 30-minute boat ride from Kaibo to Camana Bay in Grand Cayman which is 5 minutes drive from Seven Mile Beach.

This large one-story villa offers a sizable sandy beach that’s perfect for long walks or just a lazy afternoon. Excellent snorkeling is just steps from the back door! Guests adore the wonderful views and the spacious outdoor terrace.

Coral Kai’s full-width, shaded veranda offers a place to relax in outdoor sectional sofas or lounge chairs; cool tile floors and outdoor dining tables make it the perfect place to unwind after a day of surf and sand. A charcoal grill next to the pool makes for effortless outdoor dining.

The villa is designed with open-plan living in mind and offers wonderful views from the living, kitchen, and dining area. Guests love the Oceanfront windows and french glass doors facing the sea which allow the wonderful Caribbean sunshine into the villa year-round.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances and is also suitable for a chef, should you wish to hire a chef our concierge Noreen will be delighted to assist you.

For those traveling with kids, Coral Kai features a Den with an additional flat-screen TV perfect to keep them entertained.

Booking Rules
• 5 nights minimum stay required.
• 6 nights minimum and full occupancy required over Thanksgiving week.
• 7 nights minimum and full occupancy required over Christmas and New Year's week.
• Christmas & New Year's dates are split into two rental periods. Please inquire with your travel dates prior to booking.
• Inquire for shorter stays if calendar suits.
• Weddings will require a refundable event deposit of $1,500.
• Must be 25 years or older to book and must occupy the property during the entire stay.

Beach Notes
The entire island is only 22 miles wide from west to east, so you are never too far from anywhere on Grand Cayman.
The oceanfront homes in Rum Point offer great reef protected snorkeling. The beaches usually have plenty of white sand, but can also have spots of rocky “Ironshore” with natural rock formations. The closer you get to Rum Point, usually the sandier the beach as well as swimming. Either way, with the abundant marine life we have in the water, you will want to wear pool shoes or fins for foot protection. The prevailing trade winds from the east make flying insects less of a nuisance.
Lastly, we have two large resorts in the east end (Morritt's and The Reef) that offer manicured beaches as well as restaurants, a modern grocery store, liquor store, gift shops, a Subway sandwich shop, and a cafe/pastry shop. These two resorts also offer scuba, snorkel trips, jet skis, windsurfing, kiteboarding, oceanfront pools, and bar service.
