Welcome to Conch’ed Out, a charming oceanfront cottage in Old Man Bay along the North Coast. This lovely Caribbean-style cottage offers three luxurious bedrooms and an oceanfront pool. Enjoy the spectacular views from this cottage and have the ultimate Caribbean island experience.

Conch'ed Out occupies an oversized 1-acre lot measuring over 400 feet deep with a gated driveway, garage, and heavy landscaping out front. This private villa is ideal for spending time with family and friends. This villa accommodates up to 6 guests. An excellent villa for a couple with kids. Kids can enjoy the wonderful oceanfront pool while the adults can lay back on the sun loungers on the pool terrace and soak in the warm Caribbean sun. If you fancy a cooler place to chill out, head to the sheltered table beside the pool. Enjoy breakfast in the morning with some wonderful views, or have a few drinks in the evening while watching the sunset. A sandy private backyard trails down to a pebbly beach where you can dip in the sea or chance your arm at some snorkeling.

This villa is the perfect place to experience life in the Caribbean. Being beside the ocean and in such a peaceful and secluded place gives you a real taste of island life. The interior of the villa also adds to this experience. The décor of the villa is a rustic Caribbean style and has a lovely tropical vibe throughout. It is a Caribbean home, from the wonderful splashes of color to the woven furniture. Even the foliage brought in and incorporated throughout the house fuses the tropical environment outside to the inside of the villa.

The villa is bright, airy, and well-ventilated, thanks to the five pairs of French doors and screened porches on the front and rear of the property. They provide cross-ventilation in the wintertime when air conditioning is seldom necessary. Air conditioning is provided in the bedrooms and bathrooms if needed. Ceiling fans can also be kept running to ensure your comfort during your vacation.

LOCATION:
With a central and popular location on the island, Old Man Bay's properties offer possibly the best shore diving and snorkeling on the entire island. Take advantage of the mostly sandy beaches and go for a relaxing swim or a more adventurous dive. There is something for everyone in the family to enjoy on Grand Cayman. Some of the beaches in this area can be pebbly but still very beautiful. Both types of beaches are incredible, and with the varied marine life in the water, you will want to wear foot protection. The beaches here offer great seashell collecting and turtle sightings in summer. This can be great to bring the young children in the family to see.

Old Man Bay is only 5 minutes from two large resorts in the East End (Morritt's and The Reef) that offer manicured beaches and restaurants, a grocery store, a liquor store, gift shops, a Subway sandwich shop, and a coffee/pastry cafe. If you want more action and adventure, these two resorts offer scuba snorkel trips, jet ski rentals, windsurfing, kiteboarding, oceanfront pools, and bar service. You are also only 5-10 minutes from the island's best SCUBA diving operations and dive sites--Ocean Frontiers and Tortuga Divers.

About 15 minutes west of Old Man Bay is the famous Rum Point Club with water sports, a restaurant and bar, a gift shop, and a barefoot beach with table service.
