Welcome to Conch Beach Villa, a 3-bedroom gem in the crown of Grace Bay’s exquisite beachfront properties. Constructed in 2018, the villa is at the forefront of modern luxury and boasts second-to-none features and amenities for guests for the duration of their stay.

Surrounded by verdant greenery on several acres of land to the front and rear of the property, the villa is surrounded by an expansive manicured garden, which contains a tennis court and basketball court, a swimming pool, an outdoor hot tub, a patio with both lounge and dining options, and last but certainly not least, private beach access, all of which are shrouded in the swaying palms and leafy fronds of the garden plants and trees, providing ample privacy and seclusion.

There’s no shortage of amenities to enjoy, without ever leaving the confines of the property. Enjoy a spot of tennis or basketball in the sun or bask in the rays beating down on one of the sun loungers; the pool is perfect for cooling down quickly in the tropical heat. The hot tub is best enjoyed in the evening, letting the bubbling waters soothe you as you gaze upon marvelous sunsets over the island.

Inside, lofty ceilings support the cool blue roof that the villa sports, dark stained wood beams contrasting with the cladded ceiling. Equipped with ceiling fans to help keep the balmy climate of Turks and Caicos under control, in times of need, the villa is fully equipped with air conditioning throughout the house. An open-plan lounge, kitchen, dining room contribute to the cavernous size of the villa, giving the impression that it’s bigger on the inside.

A step down into the lounge area of the great room will reveal a gorgeous glass and driftwood coffee table surrounded by a large plush white couch, both an ideal spot to sit and relax in front of the TV that’s installed on the wall opposite, or simply to enjoy a conversation over a cool drink. Terrace doors allow instant access to the patio outside, or simply to let the fresh sea breeze wash indoors.

The wooden dining table that sits between the kitchen and lounge area has seating for a total of eight people, or alternatively, guests may sit and eat with their food out on the decked terrace in the sun, or within the shade of the veranda, either option with the majestic Caribbean Ocean as the backdrop to mealtimes.

The fully equipped kitchen stands at the ready, with sleek, modern cabinetry and state-of-the-art appliances, to aid guests in the preparation of sumptuous cuisine; with the use of local produce, sampling the delights of the Caribbean through your taste buds has never been easier. An island that doubles as a breakfast bar have seating that makes it ideal for grabbing a quick bite to eat when the day’s activities get hectic.

As all rooms are located on the ground floor, they all benefit from the cavernous ceiling, and the bedrooms are no exception; ceiling fans and air-conditioning are present in all bedrooms. Clean white walls and pops of color interspersed throughout make up the color palette of these seaside-inspired rooms, with colors and motifs associated with marine life are present in the décor and upholstery in a tasteful fashion.

Luxurious beds are present in all rooms, plush linens and bedding making it a joy to sink into at the end of each day, and guaranteeing a restful nights’ sleep, with only the ambient sounds of the ocean in the background. Each room also has access to its own en-suite bathroom, one of which contains a bathtub, and all equipped with rainfall showers.
