Welcome to our 3 bedroom villa Coconut Palm located only steps away from the beach at Meads Bay. Meads bay is one of the most popular beaches in the world so the villa really is in an ideal location. Not only is the villa in one of the best locations, it also is the best value villa in this area so it really is impossible to resist staying here.

Coconut Palm has its own private salt water swimming pool that guests love to take a dip in on those warm Caribbean evenings. The villa contains a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessities to prepare all your meals or we can also arrange a chef to come in and cook for everyone at an additional cost.

The living area also features a dining area that can accommodate up to six people and a lounge area to take shade from the sun and you can watch your favourite programs on the large flat television that has cable.

The french doors open onto the pool and lush gardens where you have lounge chairs to relax in the sun. This is a great area for reading a book or sipping on your favourite cocktails. The villa features Wifi and has a stereo.

Coconut Palm has three en suite bedrooms that are fully airconditioned and have private terraces. One of the bedrooms features a soaking tub and outdoor shower. The Master suite features a King size bed, ensuite bathroom with tub and outdoor shower and can only be accessed from the exterior.
Bedroom two has King Size bed with ensuite bathroom and can be accessed from the exterior. Bedroom three features twin beds with ensuite bathroom and both bedrooms can also be accessed from the exterior.

Coconut Palm also has a roof top sun terrace where you can enjoy wonderful views and has tables, chairs and loungers so guests can enjoy the sunset views and chill out with family and friends.

The villa is located only minutes away from fabulous restaurants such as Jacala, Straw Hat, Picante and Blanchards. The villa is also really close to the Four Seasons and malliouhana Hotel where you enjoy spa treatments which our concierge can book for you in advance.

When you book with Exceptional Villas, we include full concierge service which means we can book all your concierge requests prior to arrival and of course during your trip too. Our concierge can help arrange transfers from the airport, car rental, restaurant reservations, excursions and much more. Just ask and we will do our best to organise it for you.

Coconut Palm also has a sister property next door called Beach Palm which you can rent with Coconut Palm if you have a larger group. Twin Palms offer a total of 5 bedrooms when rented
