Welcome to Coconut Grove 1, a beautifully appointed luxury 4-bedroom villa with a large private pool in the exclusive gated golfing resort community of Royal Westmoreland in Barbados.
Coconut Grove 1 is a spacious 4-bedroom and 4 ½ bathroom residence near the resort amenities. This Barbados Villa has exceptional views of the 10th Fairway at Westmoreland as well as the Caribbean Sea beyond. Coconut Grove 1 offers beautiful outdoor living spaces for an afternoon barbeque, a lazy day by the pool, a quiet read on the covered patio, or a warm dip in the heated spa pool.
On the inside, the four en-suite bedrooms flan out its open-plan living and dining areas, while the equipped kitchen offers all the appliances needed to prepare that special meal. Guests of this property can enjoy cable television, wireless internet access, an iPod docking station, and an array of amenities offered by the resort.
When you stay at Coconut Grove 1, you will fully use the on-site facilities at Westmoreland, which comprise a clubhouse with an excellent restaurant & bar offering an extensive menu for both lunch and dinner. There is also a stunning communal swimming pool with a children’s section, spacious surrounding patios, and plenty of sun loungers for your comfort. Lastly, there is an air-conditioned fitness center and tennis courts with flood lighting. Residents of the Royal Westmoreland Resort have access to the resort facilities and special golf rates. Guests also have access to the lovely Indulgence Spa and Gym at Mullins.
Coconut Grove is close to Mullins Bay Beach (a 10-minute drive). You will enjoy swimming in the incredibly warm and calm azure sea, sunbathing on the pristine beach, or resting in the shade of a palm tree. There is also an abundance of water sports here. There is an excellent selection of beach bars and restaurants within a 15-minute drive. Holetown is just a few miles from Coconut Grove, where you will find some of the best restaurants on the Island and plenty of local and designer shopping.
