Cocomaya is a beautiful 5-bedroom property located in the stunning Apes Hill Golf and Country club which is Barbados' newest polo, golf & tennis community.

The villa overlooks the 17th hole of the championship course and has spectacular views of the ocean beyond. For beach lovers, there are many beaches just a short drive away such as Reeds bay beach and Gibbs beach and guests staying at Cocomaya enjoy privileged beach access at The Fairmont Royal Pavilion which includes parking, a beach bar, sun loungers, towels, etc.

This villa rental is designed with luxury in mind and this is shown with a very tastefully decorated interior. Fresh bright cream walls adorn the walls and the soft grey furnishings and modern lighting complement this. There is a great feeling of space which is created by the floor-to-ceiling sliding doors. These separate the living room area from the wonderful covered patio, sundeck, and infinity-edged swimming pool.

The covered terrace is wonderful for al fresco dining with your family. Many evenings will be spent eating amazing Caribbean cuisine freshly prepared for you by our chef who is available on request at an extra cost. To compliment the setting and food are the spectacular sunsets every evening. Viewing this will certainly live long in the memory.

Cocomaya has 5 luxurious bedrooms that boast wonderful fairway or sea views. These are very elegant and all come with gorgeous luxury ensuite bathrooms & large walk-in dressing rooms. The sleeping arrangement is set up with 3 King beds and 2 twin/King bedrooms. You can also access the sundeck and swimming pool from some of the bedrooms.

Guests here will have access to the Amenities at Apes Hill Club which is a short drive from the villa. Included in this are the beach club, driving range, lap pool, resort pool, polo club, restaurant, flood-lit tennis courts, and 24-hour security.

The brand new Country Club is indeed the talking point of the development as it is where like-minded people meet daily to avail themselves of all the amenities this beautiful facility boasts.

Included in the rate are the services of a lovely housekeeper and laundress 6 days per week. The staff at Cocomaya are passionate about their work and proud of their villa. They will look after your every need and will be on hand to ensure that your vacation is made special and very memorable.
