The landscaped lawn and garden, as well as the expansive outdoor living area, add the feeling of a five-star resort in the privacy of your own home. Coco Rock is integrated into the gently sloping hillside above Petit Cul de Sac, on the most secluded corner of the island. This lavish villa can accommodate up to twelve guests in total.

Coco Rock is perfectly perched overlooking the vast Caribbean Sea. The surrounding tropical paradise is perfect for your ultimate luxury vacation. Wake to the calls of peacocks and parrots on the hillside below. As you walk out onto the large upper-level terrace your eyes will fall upon the calm waters of the infinity swimming pool.

Slip into the crystal-clear waters of this heated pool and swim a couple of laps in the morning to refreshingly wake up. As you perch along the edge of the pool watch the sun rising over the horizon as it glistens along the surface of the water.

As you get out of the pool you can wrap up in your warm robe and dine alfresco. This sheltered dining area evokes a sense of natural living between stone and wood. The most eye-catching element is the large hardwood dining table, a one-of-a-kind masterpiece hewn from a single, solid piece of hardwood from the forests of St. Domingue. Here you can enjoy your Caribbean breakfast and enjoy the incredible views.

Make your way down to the lower level and you will find the manicured lawn and landscaped gardens. Roll out your yoga mat and indulge in some relaxing stretches. As you breathe in this fresh saltwater air you can exhale letting go of any worries you may be holding onto.

Allow this tranquil setting to relax your mind and body. You can lounge out on the sunbeds or sit in the patchwork of shade cast by the tall swaying palm trees and relax. You could also venture into the local town and explore the local areas. However, your secluded villa is equipped with an array of amenities, perfect for staying in and relaxing all day.

The upper terrace is where you will find the shaded and covered seating area. Here this area is fitted with plush sofas and a small coffee table. You can perch yourself here and enjoy the Caribbean breeze as you read your favorite novel.

In the evenings as you prepare your island-style dinner you can also mix up some homemade cocktails or open a bottle of fine wine as you get ready for your indulgent meal. Dine surrounded by your loved ones and watch as the sun sets and the sky bursts into s firework of colors.

The newly built Villa in St. Barths is a luxurious property that embraces captivating views across the turquoise ocean. The kitchen comes fully equipped and ready for you to use. This area completely opened to the wooden decked terrace. The room features vaulted ceilings and a lavish design with caramelized wooden cabinets and modern appliances. The thick stone island counter seats twelve guests and the additional alfresco dining area just off the kitchen seats another sixteen guests. The covered dining area is perfect to watch the Caribbean sunsets from.

Hand-hewn details like acacia-trunk tables and driftwood chairs lend the villa an organic ambiance. As you then walk into the main living area you will find a modern and comfortable sitting room. The plush sofas are fitted facing the large plasma television on the wall opposite and the inbuilt shelving unit has a built-in work desk. Here you can pick one of the books from the shelf and relax on the sofa flicking through the pages. The sitting room includes air-conditioning and surrounds sound.

This luxurious villa unfolds over six levels and has a total of six en-suite bedrooms. On the lowest level is the parking area where you will also discover the lavish master suite. This master suite occupies its own private bungalow and features its own private terrace with panoramic ocean views.

Its en-suite bathroom has an outdoor shower. Beyond this bungalow, there is a large building with a private terrace, which offers two more bedrooms, both with outdoor showers. A couple of levels up, Villa Coco Rock has three more guest bedrooms, which share a terrace.

Two of them have outdoor showers, while the last has one that’s more private. The villa’s six bedrooms all offer exceptional comfort and a high degree of privacy, is well separated from the main living area and terrace.

LOCATION

Coco Rock villa is located along the east coast of St Barths. This Caribbean villa overlooks the ocean and is embedded in an area of lush tropical vegetation. Coco Rock is integrated into the gently sloping hillside above Petit Cul de Sac, on the most secluded corner of the island. Petit Cul-de-Sac is a quartier of Saint Barthélemy in the Caribbean. The Gustaf III Airport is located 7.2km from the villa, which is a short fifteen to twenty minutes’ drive from Coco Rocks.

The beach along the petite Cul De Sac is a short 100 meters away. This short minute walk will lead you to the sugar-fine sandy shore, perfect for spending a day on the beach with a freshly packed picnic. This beach borders a shallow, well-protected bay, and the water is warm and relatively calm. There are several restaurants and luxury hotels dotted along the fringe of the beach. It also offers a windsurfing rental station.
