Welcome to Cliff Top Residence, a 6-bedroom luxury villa overlooking Ao Yon Bay on the east coast of Phuket Island, in Thailand. The villa includes and expansive outdoor living space, infinity edge swimming pool, private sauna, steam room and fully equipped gym. The villa is nestled in a secluded and tropically enriched area. The surrounding gardens burst with color and are harmonized with the vast crystal clear turquoise waters ahead. This ultra-modern villa can accommodate up to twelve of your guests and provides you with the space to unwind, relax and to rejuvenate.

Step out onto your secluded terrace that expands over 700 square meters and take a breath as you look out over the serene bay and glistening Sea views. Sit back on the comfortable sun beds and soak in the warmth of the sun. Shake things up with a tangy cocktail and read your favorite book as you pop up the parasol for some cool shade. When the day heats up you can slip into the crystallized waters of the 20-meter-long infinity edge swimming pool. Perch on the edge as you watch the boats silently sail past. On either side of the pool you will find the bubbly Jacuzzi as well as chill-out sitting areas. Jump in and relax as the bubbles melt away your mundane stresses. If you want to stay active, then make your way to the private gym and fitness area. The space comes with a range of cardiovascular and weight-training equipment. After your workout you can then tiptoe into the private sauna and steam room which is adjacent to the gym. The famous Phuket warm climate is perfect for you to indulge in some alfresco dining as you sit around the circle dining table as you tuck into a delicious meal made by your private chef. The outdoor table can seat up to ten guests comfortably while gazing out at picturesque Ao Yon Bay.

The villa is based in a tropical garden bursting with vibrant vegetations and tall swaying trees. Listen as the fresh breeze rustles through the trees and the sweet-smelling fragrances from the tropical flowers skim across your skin. The villa comes with additional Zen pools and has a private garage with enough space for two cars. The villa provides you with your own car during your stay here, so there is no hassle trying to rent or arrange transport. The parking garage is situated on the upper level of the villa right before the entrance. Everything has been taken care of for you to reach new levels of relaxation.

The villa overall is designed to meet the highest standards embracing sophisticated architecture, elegantly designed and furnished interiors, exclusive features and state-of-the-art conveniences. Making your way into the main entrance you will be greeted by the decorative Zen pools and the floating steps. The steps lead you through the local foliage as you make your way in through the large door and into Cliff Top Residence. The entrance elevation combines polished wood, string steel and high-end Italian porcelain wall tiles, while the ZEN pool’s surfaces and flooring are covered by sand stone and basalt. The space blends into a captivating 13-meter high, triple space Atrium. This space is incredible as it is flooded with natural light due to the skylight and warmth as you look up into the bold blue. The glass wall in front offers views of the swimming pool and the sea beyond. Here in the Atrium you’ will discover the main staircase as well as a private lift which connects the three levels of the villa.

While each of the six luxurious Suites at Cliff Top Residence features its own private living area, there is also a lavish common living area on the deck level of the villa. This main living area embraces 130 square meters of pillar free space. It is tastefully furnished with plush and pristine sofas as well as having a large high-resolution television, perfect from some late nigh movies. The room is equipped with state-of-the-art audio/visual features and the room opens out directly onto the main deck with the infinity edge pool and alfresco seating and dining areas. An additional feature it boasts of is an attached wine room. The dining room is also situated on the deck level and offers 50 square meters of space for its large center-piece dining table. The room seats up to eight guests and enjoys captivating views from the large floor-to-ceiling glass windows. The dining room is separated from the adjacent front kitchen by a partition wall with electronic sliding panels which can be activated so that the dining room is completely blended or separated from the kitchen area. The kitchen comes with an array of features and amenities as well as being fitted with a large island in the center. The villa embraces two fully-equipped kitchens across the property.

The villa embraces six bedrooms altogether. Cliff Top Residence features two identical 120 square meter Master Suites situated on the upper level of the villa. They are fitted with the finest furnishings and luxurious features including a private living area, a spa bathroom including a steam room, a large dressing room, a kitchenette and a private terrace with panoramic views of the pool and Ao Yon Bay in the distance. The living area in the bedroom has large plush sofas and a state of the art audio/visual equipment. It also has a working desk. The living area is separated from the bedroom by a floor-to-ceiling double-sided electronic sliding doors. The bathroom in each Master Suite contain stone tubs, a sauna with steamer and high-end fixtures.

The deluxe suites are based on the lower level of the villa and offer a total of 85 square meters of space each. Both Suites offer panoramic sea views and feature a private living area, a large dressing room and en-suite bathroom with separate bath and shower. These luxurious bedrooms open onto a 15 square meter outdoor terrace overlooking Ao Yon Bay. The Junior suites are the smallest suites, yet they expand over 70 square meters of space. Each suite features a comfortable living area, king-sized beds, a private en-suite bathroom with separate bath and shower and a large wardrobe. Situated on the lower level of the villa, both Suites open onto a terrace which extends along the full length of the villa and offers spectacular sea views of Ao Yon.

LOCATION

Cliff Top Residence is perched on higher grounds overlooking Ao Yon Bay on the east coast of Phuket Island, in Thailand. The villa is nestled in a secluded and tropically enriched area. The surrounding gardens burst with color and harmonized with the vast crystal clear turquoise waters ahead. Phuket largest Thai island and offers its guest a profusion of luxurious amenities such as a rich variety of white powdery beaches, a rich culture, deep sea diving, delicious cuisine, holistic spas and massages. The sugar fine beaches line the southern and western coasts and embraces some of the finest hotels and spas in Thailand.

Ao Yon is home to two beaches which are separated by a rocky headland. From your luxury villa, Cliff Top Residence, you’ll enjoy a direct and private access to the eastern beach of Ao Yon. The stairs leading from the villa bring you straight down to the sandy beach. The beaches here are very quiet in comparison to other popular beaches on the island as it is mostly visited by locals. Other beaches that tend to be more popular include Patong Beach (18km - 35-minute drive), Karon Beach (15.6km – 35-minute drive) and Kata Beach (14km 30-minute drive).

If you wish to discover the culturally rich east-coast capital Phuket Town (5.2km), you can use your private car to travel this short ten-minute drive. There is an array of things to do such as visit the Phuket Aquarium (6.7km), Kao Khad Views Tower (2.3km) or visit the enchanting Chalong Temple - Wat Chaithararam (5km).

The villa is based in the perfect location as it provides a secluded private holiday as well as not being too far from adventurous destinations. Close by is Cape Panwa where you will find the Phuket Aquarium (6.7km). This is a fifteen minutes’ drive from your doorstep. There is also the iconic Sri Panwa hotel which provides an impressive range of delicious restaurants, bars and vibrant cafés.

Phuket International Airport is an hour and ten-minute drive from Cliff Top Residence as it is based 38km from your villa.
