Welcome to Chase the Sun Villa, a beautiful 4-bedroom villa located on St John in USVI. This exceptional home will be a base for you and your guests from which you can explore all that the beautiful island of St. John.

St John, one of the three US Virgin Islands, is an ideal example of perfection. At under 20 square miles, this jewel in the Caribbean has over 60% of its landmass dedicated as a National Park Reserve. Coupled with this Eden-like Island existence, the coral reef off-shore is also protected ensuring that this unspoiled corner of the Caribbean remains exactly that way – unspoiled.

Chase the Sun is in Virgin Grande Estates, a gated community near Great Cruz Bay. This ultra-spacious villa is perfect for four couples or a large family.

The outdoor space of Chase the Sun Villa has sweeping ocean views and dazzling sunsets. The turquoise pool is surrounded by a stone deck with loungers, a dining table, and a gas BBQ grill. There’s also poolside speakers and an iPhone hook up and Wi-Fi. Inside, there are sliding glass doors that face the ocean view and travertine tile floors.

The living room has a flatscreen TV and an entertainment system, the dining table seats 8, and the kitchen has built-in appliances. If you wish to spend a night in and relax, you can do so in the comfort of your private home surrounded by your friends and family.

Guests can enjoy snacks and coffee at the breakfast bar, grab a bottle of Chardonnay from the wine cooler, then start cooking on the gas stove and ovens. Downstairs, there’s a den with another flatscreen TV, a pool table, and a lounging space.

All four air-conditioned suites have king beds and ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers. This allows each guest’s maximum comfort and privacy. Relax in your own space and enjoy your luxurious bed and the remarkable views from your room.

Chase the Sun is a short drive from Great Cruz Bay’s markets, bars, and beach. There are several restaurants in Cruz Bay, which is 10-15 minutes from the villa. Here you can enjoy eating and drinking and exploring until your heart's content.
