Enjoy the ambience from the private swimming pool with hot tub, located just below the house on the paved terrace, with large, inviting sun loungers from which to lap up the warm Californian sunshine.

The moment you step into the elegant home, you feel instantly at ease and welcomed as the large and airy rooms create a spacious environment for all guests. As you enter the luxuriously outfitted sitting room with its’ high vaulted ceiling, it is evident that much love and attention has gone into the décor to create a very cosy home which has been furnished extremely tastefully. A large leather sofa and massive velvet armchairs enjoy a position in front of a marble fireplace and offers the perfect place to relax in the evenings. The beamed ceilings and the thick walls have been decorated a simple white allowing plenty of light bouncing around the room.

A fantastic contemporary kitchen with marble counters, includes all the modern appliances that you might need to create superb meals, though if you would prefer, our wonderful concierge team can arrange for a private chef to come and prepare gourmet dishes for you. A generous 10-person dining table can be found through an elegant archway leading from the sitting room. This large table ensures there is for enough space for all your guests, whilst large folding doors open on to a charming sun-filled terrace and allows the evening breeze to flow in. If dining al fresco is more your thing, you’ll find an enchanting roof top deck, complete with a large, comfortable sofa bordered with fragrant citrus trees and with barbeque facilities to hand. This upper deck is the ideal spot for enjoying evenings under the stars with a BBQ and drinks in hand.

An additional recreational space can be found in the state-of-the-art media room, with large flat screen TV, bar, comfy bean bags and oversized L-shaped couch and masses of space for entertaining. The dark walls create a super ‘cinema style’ ambience making for super movie nights in the comfort of your own villa. Another great feature of the media room is the direct access to the top deck with its’ amazing views of the city below.

Three uniquely outfitted bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms ensure maximum comfort for all. The stylish king-sized master suite enjoys a cosy fireplace, and access to a private balcony bedecked with potted plants and seating area. The bathroom features a rain and steam shower, as well as dual vanities. Two further queen-sized bedrooms sleep another two people in each, and the third bedroom leads out to the terrace area and the peaceful garden.
