Welcome to Chalet Petite Ourse, a luxury 7-bedroom villa located in Megève, France.

Chalet Petite Ourse is perfectly perched above Megève and is surrounded by beautiful snow-covered woodland. The chalet is the perfect combination of a whimsical cabin-in-the-woods atmosphere and a beautiful and modern chalet design.

Guests staying at Chalet Petite Ourse can enjoy the quaint atmosphere whilst still only being a short 5-minute drive from Megève’s famous gourmet restaurants, bars, and shops. The nearest ski lift is only a 2-minute’ drive away, meaning you’ll also be able to maximize time on the slopes soaking up the surrounding landscape.

You will enter the chalet on the first floor; the spacious living area will welcome you. Walk through the hall and be greeted by the cozy, comfortable sitting room. This space has plenty of sofas to sink into and a TV above the roaring open fireplace. Large, rectangular windows are positioned to offer wide views through the snow-covered trees surrounding the property and to the mountainsides further afield.

Opposite the living room is the semi-open dining room, which can seat up to fourteen people in a cozy, warm and social setting. A breakfast bar also divides this area and the kitchen, harmonizing the three interconnected areas. Here you can prepare delicious meals for you and your guests to enjoy the comfort of your home.

Moving down a floor, you will find the main sleeping floor. This is comprised of two double bedrooms and one children's bunk bedroom, each of which has been tastefully decorated to promote a restful night’s sleep in calming surroundings.

The first double bedroom has a large bathroom, a separate WC, and a dressing area. The second has a shower room and a separate WC. The bunk bedroom sleeps three children and boasts a convenient en suite shower room.

Also at this level is the ski room, fitted with heated boot warmers and plenty of storage space for skis, boots, and outerwear.

On the next floor down, there is a fantastic spa space boasting a sunken hot tub located next to large sliding glass doors to the terrace and with a beautiful relaxation area. There is also a lovely hammam and a sauna in the chalet.

The bottom floor of the chalet houses the cinema room. This area is large and offers a huge plush sofa in turquoise velvet. There is also a big screen on the opposite wall; you can enjoy cosy family movie nights together curled up here.

The master bedroom in the chalet and a further three doubles are found on the very top floor of this property. Two of the double bedrooms boast TVs, shower rooms, and separate WCs, with one enjoying a spacious dressing area too. The final double has an en suite bathroom and balcony access. Enjoy the beautiful views with a delicious coffee in the morning, a perfect start to a day in paradise.

The master bedroom in the chalet is a truly beautiful space. The bedroom boasts a full dressing room and an en-suite bathroom. This allows a lot of personal space and privacy for guests in the master bedroom. There is also a TV in the master bedroom. So, if you wish to relax in peace and privacy, you can do so while watching a movie or your favorite TV show.

As with the rest of the property, each bedroom has been designed with rest and relaxation in mind and to the highest specifications.
