The Matterhorn Suite:
The Matterhorn Suite in the chalet is the crown jewel of the property. The suite occupies the top-floor penthouse bedroom, offering 46 square meters of space to relax and soak in the magnificent views.

The suite features an Emperor-size bed and a dressing room. The room is finished with an exceptional chandelier.

The views from this beautiful space are unmatched, overlooking the spectacular valley and right onto the dramatic slopes of the Matterhorn. At the same time, the wonderful en-suite bathroom includes a spacious bath, just made for soaking while taking in the scenery.

Master Suites:
The master suites in the chalet are located on either side of the property and mirror each other. They provide an abundance of space and large luxurious beds. They each cover 44 square meters. They feature Super King double beds, dressing rooms, en-suite bathrooms, and large private terraces. The uninterrupted views of the Matterhorn on one side are just the icing on the cake. The Aosta Valley, on the other, is equally exceptional.

LOCATION:
La Fenice began life as a stone-built chalet in 1936, high above the Aosta Valley, with uninterrupted views of the dramatic Matterhorn. It was known in its heyday for its beautiful botanic gardens and attracted numerous notable visitors, including the Italian royal family of Savoy.

Following years of demise and decay, its new British owners undertook a thorough restoration, recreating this important historical structure to the highest design standards and sharing this breathtaking corner of the Italian Alps with the wider world.

The extraordinary location is key to our luxury chalet experience, pairing authentic seclusion with unbeatable access to Cervinia, Zermatt, and some of the finest skiing in the Alps.

Our setting, surrounded by wild-flower meadows and waterfalls on the dramatic slopes of the Matterhorn, ensures complete privacy, while Cervinia and the ski lifts are just a few minutes away. Our views of the Matterhorn and out of the Aosta Valley are outstanding. At the same time, our unique, elevated position means we are the first property in the Breuil-Cervinia area to be bathed by sunlight in the morning and the last to catch the rays in the evening.

HOW TO GET TO THE CHALET:
BY AIR:
Cervinia is easily reached from five international airports:
• Aosta Valley Airport: approximately 45 mins by road; 15 mins by helicopter
• Turin Airport (also known as Turin-Caselle): approximately 1h30 mins by
road; 25 mins by helicopter
• Milan Malpensa: approximately 2h15 mins by road; 30 mins by helicopter
• Milan Linate: approximately 2h25 mins by road; 30 mins by helicopter
• Milan Bergamo: approximately 2h40 mins by road.

BY ROAD:
Cervinia is easily accessible by road, served by the A5 Torino-Aosta motorway. In the summer, you can also drive from Geneva via the San Bernardino tunnel. Upon arrival in Cervinia, you will require a transfer to the chalet using our dedicated off-road vehicles.
