Welcome to Cenote del Mar, a luxurious 8-bedroom beachfront villa in Tankah Bay spread across 8,600 square feet. Nested on a completely private Caribbean beachfront, this state-of-the-art villa provides a 5-star resort feeling all to yourself.

Its interior decor is elegant and sophisticated, with a wellness core inspired by Tulum’s Mayan heritage. Whether you're looking for a place to relax or a space to entertain guests, this beachfront villa has everything you need to enjoy the ultimate in luxury living.

There are 6 double suites in the main villa and 2 four-person apartments in the villa’s charming guest house. Bedrooms feature plush Hypnos mattresses, top-of-the-line Dyson and GHD styling products as well as luxurious furnishings and interior design that exudes modern Tulum style.

Cenote Del Mar aims to provide a five-star resort feeling from a private vacation villa: for this reason, the villa is not available for self-catering as it is equipped with a professional kitchen and is staffed with a world-class team of housekeepers, its own VIP concierge and guest happiness team, and esteemed in-house chefs.

Should you wish to opt for a full-time Chef (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) there is a fee per day that will be charged by the host before arrival or at the property. If this is not for you, and because you are not allowed to use the kitchen yourselves, there is an onsite menu you can order from, as and when you wish, and the cost per dish is on the menu (restaurant style and additional grocery surcharge are still applicable).

STAFF AND SERVICES:
• Chef service - Our Celebrity Chefs are all included, for a 12h shift. This includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with breaks in between. Bespoke Menus for each booking. Groceries are charged at the end of the guests’ stay, with an additional 35% service fee added to the total. A F&B deposit may be requested prior to guests' arrival to cover initial grocery shopping. The first shopping trip is included in the above service fee, but should a guest require that more shopping trips be made within a same day, then each shopping trip will be charged at an additional $100.-
• Housekeeping: Cleaning services from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm included. Turn-down service from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm, the same staff member will spend the night in the staff quarters to cover any emergency occurring overnight if needed (e.g., turning on the generator due to failure in electricity provision)

Please be aware that, due to weather changes and fluctuating ocean currents, the Riviera Maya may experience the presence of naturally occurring seaweed during the summer months.

Some of Tulum's most interesting attractions are not too far from the villa. Tulum's Monkey Sanctuary is a great afternoon adventure for all the family. Cenotes Sac Actun is a natural wonder that all ages love to explore. Immerse yourself in Mayan history by checking out the Ruins of Tulum. And if you are looking for some new shops, restaurants, and nightlife to explore the lively Playa del Carmen is just a 40-minute drive away.
