A street-legal, four-passenger golf cart is included during your stay for a fun ride to beautiful Tourmaline Beach whenever the day calls for beach play and relaxation. Spend your day lounging on the beach and soaking up the warm sun. The beach can also be accessed, during low tide, by walking a few minutes north, to the beach access stairway near the corner of Chelsea Street and Sea Ridge Drive.
If you wish to work up a sweat in the sauna or stay active enjoying a game of pickleball on the rooftop, you can do so. Celebrity Oceanfront Estate is equipped with a fully furnished gym, a steam shower and sauna, and a BBQ area from which you can enjoy watching the magnificent Californian sunsets. This home has it all. There is nothing more you could want in a vacation home. If, after a busy day out you wish to have a night in, you can do so and have the added benefit of a home theatre where you can enjoy your favourite film, sport or catch up on some TV show binge-watching.
There are two master king bedrooms, each with ocean views, a large flat-screen TV, and en-suite bathrooms. One of them also features a cosy fireplace. The rooms were designed with the utmost care and attention to detail to allow you and your guests the most comfortable and luxurious vacation possible. There is a third king bedroom with a seating nook, where you can catch up on your favourite book. It also features an en-suite bathroom. There are also two queen bedrooms – one with an en-suite bathroom and a second on the first level with a separate bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The sixth and eighth bedrooms have a separate entrance and are perfect for grown kids/teenagers, or the nanny or for Grandma and Grandpa to get away from the noise. Bedroom number six will sleep four with a queen bed and pull-out sofa. Guests here can enjoy peace and privacy at the highest standard. The seventh bedroom is actually a full-size gym which can be converted into a bedroom featuring a murphy bed and a full bathroom – perfect for the younger members of the group. The eighth bedroom has new, bunk beds with memory-foam mattresses, sliding-door access to the swimming pool, hot tub, and a private patio. Because of the setup of this beautiful home, which comfortably sleeps eighteen people, it is ideal for larger groups.
The property is equipped with an in-home laundry room for ease and convenience. The space features a washer and drier as well as an iron and board. There is also a garage with parking for three cars as well as driveway parking and space in front of the property.
Aside from being a spectacular waterfront villa, this home is also just minutes away from Prospect Street in La Jolla Village and all its world-renowned shops, restaurants, and cafes. It is also just a short drive to the freeway, on which you can access the greater San Diego area as well as Los Angeles.
Smoking is not allowed inside the property, and because it is located in a quiet neighbourhood, it is only suitable for quieter groups.
