Cayman Dream is a luxurious 2-bedroom Villa on the beach in Rum Point, Grand Cayman. This property offers endless ocean views and access to a secluded private beach area in front of the villa. It sits directly oceanfront in Rum Point along the north coast. Featuring Caribbean-style architecture and a sizable oceanfront pool, Cayman Dream is a great getaway for small families or a pair of vacationing couples.

The sandy beach is perfect for long walks or just lounging by the water. The shallows offer excellent fish watching, with plenty of marine life for guests to discover. Cayman Dream is very private, so you can relax, kick back, and enjoy your beach retreat. A sandy elevated backyard also offers excellent ocean views. Rich landscaping, a circular driveway, and a gingerbread Caribbean design provide a great first impression. The bold exteriors add to the character and quirkiness of this property.

The interiors of the villa are modern and vibrant with color. The rooms boast vaulted ceilings, open plan living space, and views out onto the beach and ocean beyond. The fully equipped quality kitchen is ready for you to use and the living area is fitted with comfortable seating. The full-width screen porch extends along the property and the living area opens out onto this, creating a seamless island-style way of living. There is an indoor dining table for six as well as an outdoor dining table with plenty of comfortable seating.

Beach notes: The beach here offers great reef-protected snorkeling. The beaches usually have plenty of white sand, but also can have spots of rocky “Ironshore” with natural rock formations. The closer you get to Rum Point usually the sandier the beach, as well as the swimming. It is important to mention that the water near the reef in this area gets quite deep and can have currents. We recommend either kayaking or staying shallow in the Rum Point area for this reason.

LOCATION DETAILS

The property is based in the tranquil and sought-after location of Rum Point on the northern part of the island and is only moments away from the famous Starfish Point. The villa is based on the beach and indulges in 360-degree ocean views.

Grand Cayman Island is only 22 miles wide from west to east, so you are never too far from any of the key locations. Rum Point offers some of the best beaches. The villa is close to a few fine-dining restaurants and vibrant beach bars. You could even start your day by visiting the nearby coffee shop, Kaibo Beach Espresso, for a cup of organic coffee and a delicious, freshly made breakfast. You will also be able to find the Kaibo Yacht Club restaurant, bar, and marina along Rum Point.

The big draw to this area is the proximity to the Rum Point Club, a public beach club that offers a fantastic barefoot beach, water sports, a restaurant and bar, gift shop, and pick-up beach volleyball games. There are 2 large resorts in the east end (Morritt's and The Reef) that offer manicured beaches plus restaurants, a grocery store, a liquor store, gift shops, a Subway sandwich shop, and a coffee/pastry shop. These two resorts also offer scuba, snorkel trips, jet ski rentals, windsurfing, kiteboarding, oceanfront pools, and bar service.
