Accessibility is a top feature, with a gently sloped ramp connecting the top two levels, accessible bathrooms with no-curb showers, grab bars, and fixed and handheld shower heads. While not fully ADA-compliant, Cay Syrah offers one of the most accessible layouts available on St. John.
The villa features a spacious layout with four king bedrooms, two twin beds that can convert to a king and a bunk bedroom for children. Cay Syrah also includes a sprawling 1,200-square-foot covered outdoor space, an 800-square-foot sunny pool deck complete with an outdoor kitchen, and a rooftop sun and stargazing deck with lounge chairs and elevated railings for comfort.
The main floor hosts a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a wheelchair-accessible shower, grab bars, and a full shower seat. The well-equipped chef’s kitchen features custom mahogany cabinetry, granite countertops, a large island with an onyx countertop, a double oven, five-burner gas cooktop, two full-sized dishwashers, and a separate full-sized refrigerator and freezer. The dining room offers seating for 12, complemented by multiple outdoor dining options to enjoy the tropical breeze.
The mid-level, accessible by both interior and exterior stairs and a ramp, includes three additional en-suite bedrooms. Two feature king beds, while the third can be configured as two twins or a king. This level also includes the saltwater pool with gated access for safety, a guest laundry room, and an outdoor kitchen with a TV for poolside entertainment.
On the lower garden level, a private apartment provides a king bedroom, a bunk bedroom, a spacious great room, a full kitchen, a dining area, and a bathroom. This garden apartment, accessed by exterior stairs, is perfect for guests seeking privacy or for a small family with children.
