Castaway Villa

Welcome to Castaway Villa located in Thompson Cove on Provo, Turks and Caicos. This stunning 5 bedroom oceanfront Villa boasts magnificent views of the ocean and is an ideal spot for a family getaway or 5 couples.

Upon entering the villa you will immediately be blown away by the spectacular ocean view which you can see directly in front of you through the large doors which open back into the wall, allowing you to walk straight out to the terrace. As you walk down into the main area of the house you will notice the bright open-plan architecture of the living area and kitchen. You will immediately notice the exceptionally high ceilings which promote the villa’s bright and airy décor. There is a large L-shaped couch to relax on while watching the large flat-screen TV, or better yet, to look out on to the magnificent view. To the right you will see a modern and fully equipped kitchen area with chairs to sit at while enjoying a quick bite to eat at the marble counter-top.

The Villa’s accommodation is divided into both sides of the property- to the right of the living area you will find a large laundry room and two large en-suite bedrooms, each with queen beds and fabulous sea views. To the left side of the property when you walk out a side-door of the living area, you will walk through to the other side of the property by an outdoor shower and be led into the second part of the building which consists of a bathroom, another two large en-suite bedrooms and a kid’s bedroom- this room consists of a bunk-bed with a double and a single bed and also a TV.

Outside there is a beautiful large swimming pool out on the large terrace which also includes sun loungers and a large gazebo with 10 chairs and a table, perfect for hosting dinner parties as there is also a BBQ grill. When you walk by the pool and out through a sandy pathway, you will be led straight down to the beach- it is absolutely stunning! The turquoise water is so clear and pristine and the sand under your feet will feel so soft. As Grace Bay hosts the third largest reef in the world, it is also ideal for snorkelling. The Villa also comes with two kayaks for you to go exploring out on the water.

If you were to walk 5 minutes along the beach to your left, you will come across the famous “Conch Shack.” This is a delightful authentic Caribbean eatery situated right on the beach where you can enjoy numerous types of Conch- a popular Caribbean dish. They also serve many other common dishes also, to suit every palate. It is a great choice for families or a group of friends to enjoy a relaxed meal on the beach and it is ideally situated as it is only a 5-minute walk from Castaway Villa.

The Villa includes one house clean per week, typically allocated to the middle of your stay. A full-time housekeeper can be arranged for the full duration of your stay at an extra cost also, along with a private chef and butler if required.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
AC is metered in order to discourage use with doors and windows open, thus eliminating the need for a higher rental rate to cover AC waste. You are given the first $400 per week of AC cost at no charge; beyond that, you will be charged actual costs. The AC is metered on a separate meter which you will be shown at check-in.
