Welcome to Cassia Heights 7, a beautifully appointed luxury 3-bedroom villa located in the small community of Cassia Heights within the exclusive gated golfing resort community of Westmoreland. Westmoreland encompasses 500 acres in a lush and vibrant setting. Cassia Heights is in a great location just a short stroll from the main club house. It is just above the famous west coast renowned for its beautiful white sandy beaches and excellent swimming.

Cassia Heights is a golfer’s dream; the Robert Trent Jones designed course is one of the finest in the Caribbean. Cassia Heights 7 is a modern three-bedrooms split-level villa featuring an outdoor deck perfect for breakfast and quiet evening entertaining. Spectacular golf course views can be embraced from this villa and within just a short distance from the clubhouse, gym and communal pool.

The open plan living area and one guest occupy the ground floor, while the master suite comprises the entire upper level and features a private terrace. The second guest bedroom is located in a cottage just off of the main house. The villa has an outdoor deck perfect for sun lounging, outdoor breakfast and quiet evening entertaining.

The facilities at Royal Westmoreland offer an enviable range of amenities. The impressive clubhouse has a stylish bar and fine dining bistro offering local delicacies. The helpful staff will look after your every desire leaving you free to enjoy the spectacular views of the golf course. There is also a spa, gym and community pool, as well as tennis courts and the 18-hole golf course designed by Robert Trent Jones. Royal Westmoreland also has a Beach Club at nearby Mullins Beach where beach chairs and towels are provided.

When you stay at Cassia 7, you will you have full use of the on-site facilities at Westmoreland which comprise of a world championship 18-hole golf course, pro shop, open-plan styled club house with a really excellent restaurant & bar offering an extensive menu for both lunch and dinner. There is also a stunning communal 2000 sq. ft. swimming pool with children’s section with spacious surrounding patios and plenty of sun loungers for your comfort. Lastly there is an air-conditioned fitness centre, and four championship tennis courts with flood lighting.

Cassia Heights is also close to Paynes Bay Beach (just 2 miles away). Mullins Bay beach (10 minutes’ drive). There is also a complimentary shuttle bus to bring you to Mullins Bay. There is also plenty of members parking should you decide to drive. There is an excellent selection of beach bars and restaurants within a 15-minute drive. Holetown is just 2 miles from Westmoreland where you will find some of the best restaurants on the Island together with plenty of local and designer shopping.
