IMPORTANT INFORMATION
A one-time cleaning fee of $50 per stay is applicable to all bookings for arrival and final cleaning. For stays of 7 days or longer, a fresh set of linens and towels will be provided once a week. Daily housekeeping services can be arranged at an extra cost.

LOCATION
Villa Casi el Cielo means Almost Heaven. And that’s what it feels like each day as you embark on another adventure. The jungle and hills around this luxury villa home provide unlimited views of some of the most colorful wildlife of Central America. Toucans and hummingbirds will be your daily greeters. As well as monkeys and, if you’re lucky, a shy sloth.

Take a walk to Posa Azul, a gorgeous waterfall about 45 minutes away. Another suggestion is to visit some of the brilliant jungle tours available at Manuel Antonio, where you can try ziplining. Horseback riding along beaches is another wonderful activity to suit all ages. Finally, why not visit Marino Ballena to visit the famous Whale Tale peninsula?

Whale watching can be enjoyed virtually all year round. Any registered tours in Uvita will get you as close to these incredible mammals as is safely possible (for humans and whales). Dolphin tours or visiting a turtle beach are other highlights for nature lovers in Costa Rica.

The perfect beaches along the coastline are ideal for anyone interested in learning to surf. Dominical, the nearby laid-back town, is considered one of the best-kept secrets for surfers. There are many wonderful restaurants up and down the coastline from Dominical to Uvita. Fresh seafood is a big feature of most menus.

For guests who like a holistic flavor to a vacation, there are wellness centers, yoga retreats, and day spas where wonderfully restoring treatments can be enjoyed while other members of your family go off to do something high-octane.

You will be spoiled for choice when stocking your fridge and freezer. The supermarkets in nearby Uvita and Dominical have the freshest fruits and vegetables. Seafood and grass-fed meats make the shortest trip from field/sea to table can be sourced too.
