Casa Taman is located on the northern, most exclusive part of Santa Teresa beach and sits right next to its sister property, Casa Lanui. Together they conform the North Creek Estate, one of the most luxurious real estate projects in the area. While on its own, Casa Taman will comfortably accommodate up to 10 people in its 4 bedrooms, combined with Casa Lanui, they can accommodate up to 28. Casa Taman features 3 master bedrooms with king-sized beds, looking out onto the swimming pool area and the garden with en-suite full bathrooms and ample closet and desk areas. The fourth bedroom is furnished with two bunk beds, sleeping 4 people in total and also offers a full en-suite outdoor enclosed bathroom, a closet and a desk area.

The heart of Casa Taman is its living and social rooms, all housed in one ample, high-ceilinged, open space which flows easily towards the outdoor terrace and swimming pool. The inside living quarters include a fully equipped modern kitchen and bar seating at the island, so that the designated chef of the group can participate in all things fun while working away at the stove. The dining area includes a 10-foot long dining table that will comfortably sit up to 10 guests. During sports nights, you and your friends can relax sitting on the couches of the big comfortable lounge area in front of a 60” television, sipping on your favorite drinks while cheering for your respective teams, while those not interested, can sit on the patio and enjoy the views towards the pool and the jungle.

A lovely pool with shallow hang out built-in props, sits right across the living room space, and is surrounded by terraces furnished with several lounge chairs to work your tan, chat with friends, read a book or take a nap. Beyond, hammocks hanging under the shade of the garden trees, are ready to make the relaxation mode set even deeper.

A private path along a lovely creek leads you from the house to the beach. The beach in front of the North Creek Estate is absolutely stunning with a long stretch of white sand that goes on forever. Santa Teresa, a string of beaches on the southern tip of Costa Rica’s northwestern peninsula, has an edge-of-the-world vibe that still feels remote and inspires dreams of relocation.
