Welcome to Casa Stella, a breathtaking 10-bedroom luxury villa with sweeping ocean views located in Cabo’s private Pedregal settlement, Mexico. It was built in the Spring of 2019 on the highest street of the neighborhood, thus providing the stunning open views towards the ocean that grant a unique position to do some whale-watching during the season from the comfort of your own home away from home.

Perched atop Pedregal with no through traffic and a 24-hour security gate control, the setting allows for a more private vacation experience – yet you are just a five-minute drive to the many shopping, dining, and nightlife options of Cabo San Lucas.

Casa Stella is a magnificent architectural jewel designed to maximize the amazing ocean views from almost every corner of the property. Providing endless amenities, Casa Stella feels as if you were staying at your own private luxury resort yet offers the personal touches that only a home can provide.

You will be able to appreciate the masterful craftsmanship in every detail of the Villa’s attractive spaces thought out with utmost relaxation in mind, indoors and out. Enjoy those ocean electric blues from the sweeping main terrace, which features an infinity-edge swimming pool with a spa hot tub, a shaded patio dining area, and poolside lounge chairs fit for afternoon “siestas” in the sun. Additional outdoor amenities include a media system, a well-equipped outdoor kitchen, and a linear firepit surrounded by deep cushion sofa seating - perfect for sipping cocktails with friends while watching amazing sunsets drop down over the ocean with your favourite music playing in the background. Imagine yourself relaxing on the large infinity pool’s sundeck while watching the whales breach during migration season. Sounds like a dream, but it is all true at Casa Stella!

Large glass doors and windows, combined with very high ceilings, make the interior and exterior of the Villa flow seamlessly, bringing the views into the home and setting them as part of the décor. The very comfortable indoor living spaces commute uninterrupted to the outdoor ones, making them the perfect location for some active socializing with friends and family during your vacation time together. For an evening when temperatures are a bit lower than usual, a majestic fireplace will lure you in for some quiet time with a good book in hand and a glass of port in the other. This space is shared in an open-plan setting with the formal dining room and indoor bar area.

Another amazing feature of Casa Stella is its full commercial kitchen fit for the “king/queen of chefs”, but because you are on vacation mode, we strongly suggest you get the services of a private chef to really enjoy the results. Any meal delicacy can be accompanied by a vast selection of wines from the property’s private wine cellar. Why not put together a Mexican tasting menu?

If you are a TV-series addict or you can’t survive without supporting your favorite team when games are on and you are away, Casa Stella is fabulously furnished with a home theater room to cater to your needs. In addition, the Villa’s large ocean-view gym offers Life Fitness treadmills, elliptical machines, bike, SPA with two private massage treatment rooms opening out to a tranquil fountain and a dry sauna. This is a vacation home that simply must be experienced to be believed.

THE BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
Casa Stella features 10 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms and 3 half-baths. Each bedroom features a safe, individual AC zone, hair dryer, shampoo/conditioner and soap, USB ports by nightstands and televisions. Mini-fridges are available in 8 of the guestrooms. All 9 King beds are Four Seasons Hotel Signature Mattresses.

Bedroom 01 - Dahlia Primary Suite: Upper level, large King bedroom with oversized terrace and lounge chairs with direct ocean views overlooking the pool area, luxurious bathroom with oversized deep soaking tub and ocean views from the bathtub, steam shower, large double vanity.
Bedroom 02 - Morning Glory Suite: Upper level guest room in Primary Wing, small King bedroom with Marina Views, private bath.
Bedroom 03 - Marigold Suite: Upper level guest room in Primary Wing, small King bedroom with Marina Views, private bath.
Bedroom 04 - Sunflower Suite: Upper level guest suite, large King bedroom with Queen sofa sleeper, terrace with lounge chairs, large bathroom with double vanity, shower.
Bedroom 05 - Honeysuckle Suite: Main level guest suite, King bedroom with terrace overlooking the ocean and lounge chairs walking out to the pool area, shower, bathtub and private outdoor shower garden.
Bedroom 06 - Blue Agave Suite: Main level (Separate Villa) corner suite, King bedroom on pool level with bathtub/shower suite, amazing views.

Lower Level
Bedroom 07 - Orchid Suite: Lower level guest suite, King guestroom with private garden terrace with lounge chairs overlooking the ocean, private bathroom.
Bedroom 08 - Sage Suite: Lower level guest suite, oversized King guestroom with dramatic canopy bed and sitting area, side terrace with partial ocean view, private bathroom.
Bedroom 09 - Pitaya Suite: Lower level guest suite, two Full-size beds overlooking the ocean and opening out onto a tropical garden, private bathroom.
Bedroom 10 - Plumeria Suite: Lower level guest suite, King guestroom with wraparound terrace and lounge chairs overlooking the ocean and stepping out onto a tropical garden, bathroom opens into a private hot tub oasis.

But Cabo also requires, and deserves some exterior exploration. STAFF
• House Staff (team of 6, hours 8am-5pm); all house staff fully vaccinated.

• Staff can provide cooking services for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Rates to be paid direct plus the cost of food. Arrangements to be made prior to travel. Gratuity additional and recommended. Note: Cooks do not work on Mexican Holidays.
Dining service costs:
1-8 People: $200 per meal*
9-14 People: $300 per meal*
15-20 People: $350 per meal*
21-24 People: $400 per meal*
