A mere stone's throw from the soft sands of the private beach below, Casa Roca de Pajaro earns its name from a prominent beachfront rock, yet it truly distinguishes itself as one of the most remarkable oceanfront properties in Los Cabos. Surrounded by towering palm trees and lush tropical foliage, the villa captivates with its unobstructed ocean panoramas. Lounge in one of the eight deck chairs, take a refreshing dip in the pool, or unwind in the Jacuzzi while relishing the views in the seclusion of your villa. The pool features a child-friendly area, and there's also a Jacuzzi for evening relaxation, a fire pit with cozy seating, an outdoor fireplace, and a tranquil waterfall. Each of the four bedrooms opens onto outdoor spaces and boasts majestic vistas, while a sofa bed in the den offers additional sleeping accommodations. The villa features a gourmet kitchen with a wine fridge and counter seating, eight indoor dining chairs, an office, exercise equipment, and a double-height living room with large windows and glass doors framing ocean views. While the striking white exterior and red barrel tile roof ensure visual distinction, the interior palette favors neutral tones accented by occasional pops of blue to harmonize with the nearby sea.

Conveniently located near the renowned One&Only; resort, guests of Casa Roca de Pajaro can indulge in an array of dining options, watersports, fishing excursions, boat tours, shopping, and the luxury of ocean vistas overlooking a swimmable beach.
