Welcome to Casa Palapa, a stunning five-bedroom oceanfront eco-friendly property, located on the Riviera de Maya just a few minutes drive from Tulum. Guests love this idyllic location with the spectacular views and sea breezes while being right on the ocean.

Casa Palapa is situated right on the oceanfront offering guests the best snorkelling area right on their doorstep. The location is ideal being just 10 minutes drive from the town of Tulum. Casa Palapa is also ideal for guests who would like to visit the historic Mayan ruins and the Sian Ka'an Biosphere which are also close by. Guests are also within easy reach of the local town of Tulum where you will find a nice selection of local restaurants serving traditional Mexican cuisine and a grocery store.

The villa has an enormous exterior palapa, with an open-sided thatched roof. This area serves as a very spacious lounge served from a large kitchen with a dining table to seat 20 people. The area is furnished with sprawling sofas and colourful bean bags. At night time, the area is lit by handcrafted wicker light fixtures. The villa is minimally decorated with an emphasis on shabby chic meets authentic Mexico.

The quirky and unusual features of this villa are endless. A rivulet-like swimming pool curves its way around the villa and a staircase allows guests to walk directly from the palapa to the beach. When you step outside the back of the villa, you will find yourself in a tropical jungle with a path through the palm trees. A beautiful chapel is just a few steps from the villa, perched on the rocks overlooking the ocean in a secluded area. All of these features make Casa Palapa the ideal gathering place for ceremonies or simply get-togethers for friends and family.
