Villa Pacifica was designed by Jose “Pepe” de Yturbe, a well-known Mexican architect who has been able to perfectly combine the privacy of the indoors with the freshness of alfresco living areas, making the most of this villa’s perfect location, impeccably manicured gardens and access to the sea. Simple lines, the use of natural materials, and a flair for warm colors make it the most amazing Mexican Summer home.

The common living spaces, like the dining and living rooms, are ample and well-appointed and merge wonderfully with the outdoors. A large wooden oval table that seats up to fourteen guests is the centerpiece of the dining area, while large sofas filled with cozy cushions conform to the sitting area. The lighting throughout this area is an integral part of its décor, together with the colorful glass and bottle details that can be found scattered on tables and shelves. Right by the stairs taking you to the second landing, you have another social area that works as a TV room or game room, providing a more informal setting for some fun times with family or friends.

The kitchen is large, offering all the modern gadgets that are needed to prepare first-class meals. If you are not a chef yourself, no worries, the services of one come with Villa Pacifica’s rental! If you are an early riser and would like a shake or a coffee before your morning run or dip in the sea, the kitchen also offers a bar-style setup overlooking the lush green garden for your quick indulgence.

As mentioned, this villa offers seven bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The Master Suite is furnished with a king-sized bed as a sitting area with an ocean view, and the en-suite bathroom features an indoor rain shower, two outdoor showers, a bathtub, and a toilet. Bedroom number two hosts a king bed and a sofa bed, ocean views, and an en-suite bathroom with a rain shower and toilet. Bedroom number three features a king-sized bed, views of the patio, and an en-suite bathroom with a rain shower and toilet. Bedrooms four and five are comfortable rooms with two queen beds and en-suite bathrooms that host a rain shower, an outdoor shower, a private patio, and a lounging area with a hammock and toilets… the utmost in private luxury! Bedrooms 6 and 7 are in the cabanas at the villa's entrance.

Turning our attention to the outdoor areas, the instant you enter the compound through massive wooden doors and walk through the lush tropical garden that features a half-moon pond, palm trees, and expansive grass areas, any stress levels you may be carrying start to ebb away.

The set-up of Villa Pacifica highlights each bit of outdoor space available on the property. An internal patch with tall, luscious palm trees provides an oasis from the hot Summer days, and when walking through the dining room or sitting room towards the back of the house, you get the “crown’s jewel”: a beautiful pool and the sea beyond.

Alfresco dining is easy… especially when someone else is manning the grill! The garden sitting area, with its central fire pit overlooking the ocean, is the perfect spot to enjoy pre-dinner cocktails. The sounds of the waves and the cool breeze set the mood for the evening.
