Welcome to Casa Nalum, a wonderful five-bedroom Villa that overlooks the sandy shores of Mexico’s stretch of Caribbean front, with Tulum’s aquamarine lagoons at its back and the barrier reef within swimming distance.

Luxury at the fore in all aspects, the Villa’s design embraces outdoor living in a significant way. There’s ample space to spread out and lounge in the sun or the shade, on the day beds that look out to the ocean or beside the pool. Take a dip in the cool waters of the pool to beat the heat, or better yet, head down to the beach and swim with the ebb and flow of the waves. The roof terrace offers the best vantage point to enjoy the breathtaking views of your surroundings, peering out over the tops of the leafy palms, including the beautiful sunsets that grace the Villa.

Inside, the lofty ceilings of the Villa add to the already expansive interior, the great room has a tall curved room that gives the feeling of added space, and with the large windows and glass doors, this really allows the outdoors to flow flawlessly inside. This area hosts a large lounge space with an elegant yet comfortable seating arrangement that is similar to the style of a conversation pit, and consists of a large light beige couch with two saller matching sofas surrounding a light wood coffee table. The décor is an array of light and natural hues with much beige and cream. This is the main social hub of the Villa and is a great place to sit down and relax with a cup of coffee or chilled glass of wine and some loved ones as you enjoy chatting long into the night, or share your favourite film as you take advantage of the 120-inch television.

Close by lie the dining area and the kitchen, annexed from the lounge but still in full view of each other. The fully equipped kitchen, filled with modern appliances, can cater to anything from a quick snack to a full course meal, and in the hands of your very own private chef, mouth-watering cuisine of your choosing can be enjoyed in the comfort of the Villa itself, and enticing aromas will wind their way around the house and draw everyone to dinner, whether it is had in the formal dining room, or somewhere else. A popular dining location is the rooftop terrace or maybe walk the supershort distance to the beach to enjoy a gourmet dinner with views of the sea and the stars.

Casa Nalum is home to five gorgeous bedrooms which have been outfitted with only the finest beds and bedding, irresistibly soft sheets a joy to sink into at the end of each day. The master bedroom, with a luxurious king-size bed, enjoys access to its own en-suite bathroom for added privacy, as well as a private terrace, deck chairs and a hammock to swing lazily any time of day or night, as you soak in the ambience of your surroundings. Two of the bedrooms are located side by side and have their own shared bathroom just between the two of them and access to a terrace. This set-up is especially good for a family. The fourth bedroom is a loft room and can be accessed by a ladder, and has its own en suite bathroom. The final bedroom also has its own en suite bathroom. Each and every room is equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans.
