The gated community has its own beach club with an additional pool and beach set up with sun beds and umbrellas if needed. It is close to the new Puerto Cancun with its new mall, trendy restaurants and movie theatre as well as offering access to a tennis court, and just close by, a Greg Norman golf course and a beautiful marina where you can rent a yacht and cruise around the area, venture off to Isla Mujeres or even visit the nearby islands (perfect timing is whale shark season).

On entering Casa Marazul, guests are greeted by a bright and airy space. Moving to the main living and dining areas, guests can enjoy the tropical surroundings via large glass sliding doors which brighten the space and create an ease to indoor-outdoor living. This space boasts an open plan concept and muted tones, stone tiles and quirky artwork throughout give this villa a warm and inviting feel.

The kitchen comes fully equipped and features all modern amenities. Seamless cabinets, ambiance lighting and views to the garden ensure the cooking enthusiasts of the group are set up to make some delicious meals. On days when you do not feel like cooking, our Concierge Team will happily organise for a Private Chef to prepare and serve some local cuisine in the comfort of your vacation villa.

Casa Marazul can accommodate up to eight guests comfortably in four bedrooms. Two suites are located on the upper level and the remaining two are on the lower level. All of the bedrooms feature air conditioning, ceiling fans, Wi-Fi access and a window screen. There are two Master suites. There is also a mini Gym for guests looking to keep active during their stay!

The outdoor space of Casa Marazul is simply splendid! Verdant hedging and tropical palm trees provide privacy and create a serene setting for guests. a large pool is ideal for taking a refreshing dip and cozy sun loungers are perfectly placed for guests looking to catch some rays and day beds and sun umbrellas also feature.

The property ensures there is something to keep everyone entertained and features a SUP board, a ping pong table, sea scooter and scuba diving equipment.
