Charcos has an amazing view of the Caribbean and the island of Cozumel from one of the more than 1,000 square feet of terraces. The lot is approximately 8,000 square feet, and because of its shape and intense vegetation, it is virtually impossible to see the house and pool area from the street. Casa Los Charcos is the most private villa in all of Playacar.

Watch golden sunsets from the amazing master bedroom of your Mediterranean-style villa while listening to a background of exotic jungle sounds, or amble barefoot along the beautiful Caribbean and the expansive white-sand beaches.

This three-story villa is richly decorated and features a spectacular dining and living room area with an impressive wooden and steel aerial staircase leading to the bedrooms upstairs. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all modern amenities and a central island breakfast bar. Throughout Casa Los Charcos, modern furnishings and bright finishes lend an airy grace to the ambience of the villa.

For water lovers, the property features a magnificent heated outdoor swimming pool that reaches up to seven feet deep and includes a hammock, diving board and Jacuzzi-style seating area for six with water massage. The master bedroom also offers an outdoor Jacuzzi on the balcony.
Outdoors, a gas grill and a lovely dining area give a wonderful alfresco experience.
Indoors, you will find a home theatre with satellite TV, a Sonos central sound system, video games and access to a computer and Wi-Fi.

Famed for its European and artistic atmosphere, Playa del Carmen is perfect for evening strolls through the colourful pedestrian corridor of Quinta Avenida (Playa del Carmen 5th Avenue). Every corner is a feast for the sights and senses with traditional Mexican shops and restaurants mixed in with well-known European and American stores, not to mention the energetic bars and nightclubs that can keep going into the early morning. For history enthusiasts, Ek Balam is a very popular area to visit, with several Mayan structures still intact. And for the adventurous, Parque Xplor offers ziplining, paddle rafts, cave exploration and Amphibious Vehicles.
