Welcome to Casa Kevali our luxury new 6 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms beachfront villa, located in Soliman Bay, Tulum, one of the most secluded places on the Riviera Maya.
Casa Kevali has been beautifully designed by the owner to maximize the feeling of space throughout the home. With 6 bedrooms, Casa Kevali can comfortably sleep up to 12 guests, and as this beautiful villa is surrounded by the ocean on one side and the lush jungle on the other, it makes it the perfect spot for water and nature lovers.

As you enter Casa Kevali, you can see straight through to the back of the house and the ocean beyond. The open plan style of the living area offers a fully fitted kitchen, dining area, and living area. The kitchen has a breakfast bar, with 4 stools, ideal for lingering over your morning coffee as you plan the day’s activities.

The dining area, with a beautiful table that can seat 10 guests, has panoramic sliding glass doors, which allow the inside to flow to the outside and vice versa, leading to a stunning terrace area by the private swimming pool. There is an outside dining area where you can enjoy casual alfresco dining, along with sun loungers that overlook the pool and the ocean beyond. This is the perfect spot for entertaining or just relaxing as you enjoy the company of family and friends, whilst the private gourmet chef whips up any culinary delight you desire.

There is a family room and bunkroom, which is accessed via the courtyard, where you will also find an unusual water feature. Both the family room and bunk room have separate entrances with a connecting bathroom, which is stunningly decorated with the most amazing handmade tiling. If you are looking to escape, these rooms offer the most tranquil space in the home.
Casa Kevali also offers a private casita, separate from the main house, which can be accessed from a street-side entrance. It has its own kitchen, master bedroom, and bathroom which also has incredibly unique hand-crafted tiles.

Another clever getaway is the rooftop terrace where you can enjoy the spectacular views of both the sunrise and sunset.

This amazing house really does offer the perfect accommodation for being together or for being able to enjoy some privacy and quiet time in the comfort of your own detached space.

Casa Kevali has 6 luxury bedrooms. The two master bedrooms are located on the second story of this beautiful home. Master bedroom 1 has a king-size bed and a single bed, with an en-suite bathroom with a shower. A shared terrace with master bedroom 2 offers spectacular views overlooking the ocean. Master bedroom 2, has a king-size bed that can be separated into twin beds, with an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Bedroom 6 is also located on this level of the house, it is an art studio with its own bathroom, that can accommodate one guest or it can be used as a workshop if required.
Bedroom 3, is located in the Casita and features a king-size bed that can be separated into twin beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

LOCATION
Casa Kevali is located in Soliman Bay, just a 10-minute drive north of Tulum, which is a magical area on the Riviera Maya.

Riviera Maya has an incredible coastline along the Caribbean Sea, with crescent-shaped sandy white beaches, on the northeastern Yucatan Peninsula of Mexico. Riviera Maya is home to the second-longest barrier reef in the world and is one of the major attractions of the area.

The main town of Tulum offers a real sense of well-being and healthy living, with many opportunities for holistic massages, yoga retreats, and Mayan steam baths.

The cenotes of Tulum are a great attraction for divers and swimmers. The ancient Mayans saw these underwater sinkholes as sacred places.

There is a lot to see in Tulum too, which might just be catching a glimpse of some rather amazing animals including jaguars, sea turtles, and iguanas.

Tulum also offers a whole host of wonderful cafes, shops, and restaurants with great food. The vibrant town of Playa del Carmen is less than an hour away or Cancun just an hour and a half away by car, it is a great location for you to enjoy your Mexican vacation and Casa Kevali offers all you could want for the perfect dream beach getaway!
