Set at the end of a 200 foot private driveway, this modern villa is finished to an excellent standard and has contemporary luxury interiors which offer a high level of comfort. The wide and welcoming entrance to the property features charming, natural stone accents complemented by clever lighting which immediately sets the standard for the wonderful interior to be discovered inside. As soon as you enter the villa, the sense of space within its’ walls is striking, with a vast open plan living space which is a perfect convivial area to socialise with your family or friends. The panoramic views from the wide window-walls are second to none, offering canyon vistas beyond the lush greenery.

There is an exceptionally large and bright, well-equipped kitchen with multiple, polished work surfaces, creating an easy home-from-home ambience. An open plan sitting room features wide, plush sofas and feather-soft rugs underfoot, set in front of a beautiful marble clad fireplace. With a spacious formal dining area for mealtimes, and another, more casual seating space adjoining the kitchen, there is ample chilling out spots for all occupants. We love the large pieces of modern artwork which are present in all the rooms throughout the property.

Sliding glass doors lead to the outer terrace area, where a flight of steps leads down to the pool area surrounded by wooden decking and plenty of assorted seating and sunbed choices for maximising the Californian sunshine. The elegant indoor-outdoor layout lends itself perfectly to entertaining under the stars amidst the spectacular surroundings.

There are five beautiful, individually furnished bedrooms accommodating up to ten people, four of the bedrooms being in the main house and one further bedroom privately situated in a separate guest house located on the other side of a charming koi pond. All the suites have an en-suite bathroom, with two bedrooms sharing a jack and jill style bathroom.

The guest house is a lovely, private retreat including its’ own private entrance and patio doors opening to the pool area. Affording mountain views, the guest house is fully self-contained with a kitchenette, en-suite Queen sized bedroom with shower, a walk-in closet, a lounge area and a TV.

Within the main house, the master king suite is spacious and inviting, with TV, large fireplace, patio with canyon views, an oversize walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom with double vanities, walk-in shower and a large, luxurious tub from which to enjoy the views from huge windows. There are two queen sized suites, both with glorious mountain views, in room seating, en-suite jack and jill bathroom with shower and tub, and one of the suites offers access to the patio area. The fourth bedroom within the main house has a full-size double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and tub combination. Each of the bedrooms has been tastefully decorated, with no expense spared nor any detail missed.
