The complete remodel of Casa Grande indulges itself in Spanish Colonial–inspired interiors and spacious open areas full of light. The villa is fully furnished and air conditioned. The six bedrooms, including two master bedroom suites with en-suite bathrooms, come with luxurious linens, beds with plush mattresses, and feather-down pillows to ensure a great night’s sleep. This home takes its inspiration from traditional architecture, with a very high-end and refreshing layout and design. It is without a doubt state-of-the-art architecture. The lower level of the villa includes a number of the spacious bedrooms. Three of these bedrooms have breathtaking ocean views and all the bedrooms have en-suites bathrooms. Five bedrooms are appointed with king-size beds and the sixth can be set as a twin or a king. A favorite of all our guests, who stay in this exquisite villa, are the outdoor showers in the three of the Master Bedrooms. Should added sleeping space be needed, the villa offers 2 Twin Pullout Chair Beds.

Also located on the lower level of the villa is the dining room, living room, kitchen and the outdoor bar. The fold away walls in the dining area allows you to open this area up to combine with the terrace. This allows a natural flow for you to easily access the indoor and outdoor areas. The living room follows an open plan design with floods of light seeping in through the windows. The Kitchen is beautiful in its clean-cut design with wide open arching windows and the marbleized stone counter tops. Its bold blue cabinets are enchanting and very spacious. This open-plan living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen encourage guests to mingle, and the kitchen’s breakfast bar will prompt diners to stay in and enjoy a meal made by your own private and professional chef.

Taking the spiraled staircase up to the second floor, you can step out onto one of the balconies and enjoy the warm Caribbean breeze. The master suite and bathrooms are located here, as well as the laundry room and two additional guest bedrooms and bathrooms. Location
Casa Grande Villa is located on Grace Bay Beach, in the Turks and Caicos Islands. Approximately 10 minutes from the Providenciales International Airport (7km), Casa Grande is located on the North side of Providential. The villa is conveniently and comfortably situated in a vibrant area full of grocery shops, the finest restaurants and luxurious retail shops.

The villa is situated in one of the safest parts of Providenciales as it has one of the lowest crime rates. Your Villa is also Gated and high-end security system and a variety of safes throughout the Villa.

Providenciales Turks and Caicos offers a wide variety of choice to suit your individual needs. Many of the restaurants are beachfront fine dining restaurants, for example the wonderful ‘Infiniti Restaurant’. There are also very laid back and relaxed locations where you can even stargaze, such as ‘Baci Restaurant’.
