Welcome to Casa Grande del Mar, an exclusive luxury estate commanding a prime location overlooking the south Pacific coastline of magnificent Costa Rica. This four-bedroomed property is a masterclass in stylish living. Within a gated and private enclave of 17 acres, Casa Grande del Mar comprises two luxurious, self-contained properties, each with an infinity pool. There are 7000 square feet of accommodation spread across the estate with four large bedroom suites with mesmerizing views. 

Indoor and outdoor spaces flow seamlessly, allowing guests to move effortlessly from the poolside terrace to the living and bedrooms. In addition, the two separate luxury villa houses are linked by a walkway making movement between the properties very easy. 

A light, airy, and stylish architectural design brings high ceilings and glass walls opening outwards to capture the best light. The properties are grand scale, using the natural beauty of the surrounding jungle as a backdrop to frame this distinctive estate. Smooth stone tiles in the palest blonde shades frame the infinity pools and complement the dark wood finishes of the high-end timber loungers. The sleek, low glass walls that fringe the terraces allow those reclining to take in the rich blue and green of the horizon. You won’t miss a moment!

The interiors of both houses are populated with furnishings that deliver form and function. Luxurious sofas, plush rugs, and bedlinens bring a softness to the clean, fresh lines of the tiled and wood-accented interiors.

Cleverly designed furniture and sculpture bring an element of artistic refinement to the properties, elevating the entire estate to that of a luxurious private home. 

The fully equipped kitchens are designed to simplify the process for those on meal prep duties. In addition, the outside barbecue grill and pizza oven will allow your culinary creativity to blossom. BEDROOMS
Four king-sized master suites, ensuite with views. 
There are four spacious master bedroom suites over the two properties. Each bedroom enjoys incredible views. Ensuite showers with glass walls overlooking the jungle make it feel like you’re standing under one of the local waterfalls. An outside bathtub is one of those places where you can soak in the sights and sounds of nature.

The bed linen is high-quality and is changed every seven days.

You can add a private chef to your booking at an additional cost.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
A one-time cleaning fee of $40 per stay is applicable to all bookings for final cleaning. For stays of 7 days or longer, a fresh set of linens and towels will be provided once a week. Daily housekeeping services can be arranged at an extra cost.

LOCATION 
Casa Grande del Mar is located on the southern Pacific coastline of Costa Rica. The nearby beaches of Domimicalito and Dominical are gorgeous. So, if you are keen to learn to surf, the wave conditions in Dominicalito are ideal. However, if you prefer to soak up the sun and watch seasoned surfers do their thing, visit the long stretch of sandy beach at Playa Dominical. This lively surf town offers pretty restaurants and bars. The cuisine is varied, and you can enjoy Mexican-inspired dishes at Tortilla Flats or some Asian-inspired plates at Dominical Sushi or Phat Noodle. Local craft beer like Fuego is worth sampling if you are a connoisseur of the art of brewing. Margaritas are on every bar menu too. The array of fresh fruit mocktails is good if you like a dry holiday. Something for everyone!
 
Costa Rica has designated almost one-third of its nation to protected natural parks. Therefore, you are ideally placed at Casa Grande del Mar to explore Manuel Antonio National Park or the Balena Marino Nature Reserve further south. 
 
Guided tours through these parks will give you a fantastic insight into the profusion of wildlife. Interestingly, there are more bird species in Costa Rica than in the USA and Canada combined. Pretty impressive! Chatty toucans and somnambulant sloths can be seen as you drive around. After a few days in Costa Rica, you’ll get very good at spotting the natives. 
 
If you are a water baby and drawn to all things marine, the quality of deep-sea diving or scuba diving around Isla de Cano is memorable. If you prefer to keep your feet dry, join one of the amazing boat tours that depart from Uvita. Getting close to a whale and her calf is one of those bucket list moments. All tours are regulated to ensure that the trip is safe for our large fellow mammals and humans.
