Welcome to Casa Godi, a luxury 5-bedroom beachfront villa located in Sian Kaan near Tulum along the Riviera Maya. Casa Godi is one of the most unique villa rentals in Mexico. The villa comes fully staffed and is located on one of the nicest stretches of beach. The sand here is pristine and the water is calm.

The location of this villa in Mexico is wonderful and unique, as you are located on the white sandy beach of the biosphere reserve of Sian Ka'an (UNESCO World Heritage Site), one of the most exclusive and private locations in Mexico. The home is set within 2 acres of tropical gardens and offers a private location. What makes this home unique is that it boasts two waterfronts. You will find the Caribbean Sea to the front of the villa and at the back of the property, the home overlooks a beautiful lagoon. The lagoon is a stunning feature of this luxury Mexican villa. Here you can hire your own private guide to explore the ancient Mayan canals. Guests can also enjoy excellent fly-fishing here too.

Casa Godi is an ecological and auto-sufficient villa that uses the most innovative alternative energy technologies throughout to minimize the impact on the environment yet the home still features all the modern amenities for our guests to enjoy such as wi-fi, SKY TV and iPods.

Casa Godi offers space and privacy to all guests. The private pool is a great place to relax and unwind after a day at the beach. The villa features a fully fitted kitchen where your chef will prepare your breakfast daily on request. From the wooden deck area, you will find a stunning swimming pool and a beach terrace with a spectacular landscape view. The authentic Mexican thatched gazebo overlooking the beach and sea is one of the most magical places to watch the sunset. Many of our guests enjoy a glass of champagne while watching the sunset with family and friends. There is also a covered outdoor dining area which is a great place to enjoy an alfresco breakfast or an evening BBQ.

Location
The villa is set on a prime stretch of beach of the biosphere reserve of Sian Ka'an (UNESCO World Heritage Site). The property is located just 10 minutes drive from Tulum.

Guests can also explore the local area including the famous Tulum Ruins which are only 4 Kilometres from the villa. Also within driving distance, you will find the Chichen Itza and Coba Ruins. Guests love this area as it is remove and private just a short drive to Tulum. The nearby areas have a nice selection of restaurants and bars.

The town of Tulum is one of the most popular along the Riviera Maya. Here you will find some nice local eateries from casual Mexican restaurants to gourmet international cuisine. The location is also ideal for a family vacation to Mexico. There are many activities within driving distances from the property including golf, fishing, water sports, fly fishing or birdwatching in the Sian Ka'an lagoon.

Playa Del Carmen is also another popular location along the Riviera Maya and can be reached within a 1-hour drive from Casa Godi. Playa Del Carmen is famous for its 5th Avenue which has a wonderful selection of shops, bars and restaurants.

While staying in Casa Godi you will be wonderfully looked after by our team of staff on property. Our team will ensure you are pampered throughout your entire stay. Casa Godi comes with a villa manager, maid and gardener to look after your every need. Before you arrive and once you are here, the villa manager will arrange everything from your airport transfers to SPA treatments and much more. The bedrooms are decorated with elegant furnishing and all bedroom feature shiny tiles throughout. There are 4 bedrooms in Casa Godi and the home comfortably sleeps up to 14 guests on request.

***Please note, due to Sian Ka’an being a protected reserve, it is not permitted to bring external ATVs, water sports equipment such as kiteboards, or audio equipment. It is also forbidden to fish, in order to protect the endangered sea life. Additionally, pets are not allowed.

It is also important to note that roads in Sian Ka’an are unpaved and therefore distances and times may vary depending on the season and road quality/conditions.
