Casa del Sol is an 8-bedroom villa with a private swimming pool & Jacuzzi, a cosy furnished terrace, a huge backyard with a big lawn area surrounded by tall palm trees and a playground for children. This villa features an open floor plan with beautiful décor and design that implements lots of comfortable furniture, marble floors, and baths, double-height ceilings.

The villa is tropical, modern, and stylish and allows the warm, Caribbean breeze to flow throughout the entire property. Contemporary furniture, decor, and luxurious stone/coral/wood finishing give the interior design a very stylish feature. Light colours, high ceilings and lots of interior/exterior water features, and small, green oases give this villa a very pleasant and relaxing vibe.

The villa has air conditioning in all rooms as well as ceiling fans – and there is usually always a nice breeze from the ocean.

The garden provides plenty of green space to enjoy and if you are travelling with children, this is a great place for them to play. There is an abundance of space and also a playground with swings, a slide, overhead climbers, a treehouse, etc. – so get ready for lots of fun games!

Spend your days swimming and playing in the pool or in the garden. Enjoy your meals in the outdoor dining area overlooking the lawn and take a nap in the comfortable sofas on the terrace. This is your private oasis where you can spend your vacation days in and around the pool and soak up the sun on a sunbed by the pool.

On the main floor of Casa del Sol, you’ll find the beautiful dining room and separate, expansive family entertainment living room with TV/DVD/ iPod dock radio and air-condition. The family room opens to a covered terrace overlooking the ocean and connects to the outer deck and pool.

The 3 master bedrooms are located on the main floor. Each master bedroom has a king bed, a single pull-out bed, closet space, air-condition, ceiling fan, TV, and a private bathroom. Each master bedroom also has a small terrace, sitting above a pond and overlooking the swimming pool and outdoor areas.

The formal indoor dining room seats 16 persons and has air-conditioning, double-height ceilings, and beautiful chandeliers. It’s the perfect place to host elegant dinners. Or, if you prefer to dine more casually, you can choose to have your meals outside on the covered terrace.

The villa has a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and commercial restaurant appliances. The villa includes a cook, who will prepare your daily meals in the villa (groceries are not included), so you have less to worry about during your vacation.

There are 3 bedrooms located upstairs, each with 2 queen beds, closet space, air-condition, ceiling fan, TV, and a private bathroom. Upstairs, you’ll also find a cosy sitting area with custom-made sofa beds. This is the perfect place to relax with a good book or to just take a quick nap.

On the ground floor, you’ll find the remaining 2 bedrooms and the private home movie theatre with a 120-inch big-screen and surround sound. There is one bedroom with 2 queen beds and one large bedroom with 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds.

When you stay at Casa del Sol, you’ll have a cook, a butler, and a maid included. The maid will clean the villa, make the beds, wash towels and linens. The cook will prepare your daily meals at the villa (groceries are not included), and the English-speaking butler will assist you around the villa, serve drinks and meals.

About Casa de Campo
Casa de Campo is a gated resort located in the Dominican Republic. It is a wonderful resort for families. Playa Minitas is home to the newly designed Minitas Beach Club, boasting a 23-meter infinity pool, an on-site restaurant specializing in Latin and Mediterranean cuisine, an ocean-view bar, and a spacious, chic outdoor lounge deck with live music and DJ entertainment. Water sports are offered on-site, including snorkelling, kayaking, windsurfing, and paddleboats. Casa de Campo Access Fee
The resort registration fee is required during your stay in order to access all Casa de Campo amenities and services. The fee is US$ 25/night (12 years of age and older), US$ 12/night (between 4-12 years old) and children under 4 are granted free access. Each person registered will receive an ID card, which will detail the dates of their stay. This ID card will grant the named individual access to the resort, as well as the various facilities including access to Equestrian Centre, access to Shooting Centre, access to Tennis courts, access to Cygalle Healing Spa, access to golf courses and advance tee times reservations at applicable rates, Use of the fitness centre at villa Owner’s preferential rates, use of towels and chaise lounges at the pool in the main hotel area and Minitas beach, use of courtesy internal hotel guests transportation, access to discounts, special offers and promotions for private rental guests in hotel’s restaurants, sports facilities and activities and access to the services of Central Romana Medical Centre. At the end of your stay, all the charges to the ID card will be charged to your credit card.
